Game description
myth-inspired micro-experience where you control a drifting serpent through patterns that force you to move deliberately. Instead of speed or reflex spam, the game rewards steady movement and reading patterns. Two early stages push you to collect eye-like orbs with the serpent’s head, while the third stage twists the idea by forcing you to avoid them entirely.

Features:
Calm, myth-inspired tone
Three short stages
Predictive, momentum-based movement
Hand-drawn and original

Controls:
W/S to adjust Amplitude
A/D to adjust Wavelength

Created by maZd (code) and Ethelwynnie (art/design) for Game Off 2025

It is a great idea for the interpretation.
Good work!

Just I think the counters, on the top right side, didn't work for me.

I love the idea, its pretty amazing, art is cool too

Awesome interpretation. Love the idea, and the sky-serpent is a really perfect way to express the waveform movement in a visually interesting way! I reckon I had the most fun with the dodging-coins game mode rather than the collecting-coins game mode, but both are a pretty neat idea!

Nice interpretation!

Really cool interpretation, I could see this really being fully fleshed out into a full game with obstacles and leaderboards, etc!

Developer

Thanks! Really encouraging to hear you see potential in it. We’re planning to push it further in future updates.

Wow this is super cool. I couldn’t collect the coins for shit :’) but wow did it feel immersive controlling the dragon, and the art style was fantastic. Great work!

Developer

Thanks for the comment! Glad the controls felt immersive. From the feedback so far, the coin collecting clearly isn’t intuitive enough, so we’ll adjust it in the update.

Interesting interpretation of the theme to just make a wave-based control method. Though it didn't feel intuitive for me as I was struggling trying to collect the right coins. Also for some reason fps starts to drop if you reach the max wave length

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Glad the theme interpretation landed for you. The coin-collecting part definitely needs work,

and yeah the browser build has some fps drops at max wave length. We’re planning to fix that in the update.

Cool game, cool graphics. But i dont know why i didnt get a score even though im sure the dragon's head hit the green coins.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah you're right, we made this game part-time in two weeks, so we ran short on time to fix some stuff. We'll address these, in future updates.

Actually cool idea of soundswaves being a core movement mechanic. Art style is nice, pleasing to the eye. I hope to see this finished after the jam, since it can go hard as a rythm game.

Developer

Thank you! really glad the concept clicked for you. it’s encouraging to hear you’d like to see a full version. we’re hoping to keep working on it after the jam.

This was a really cool game! I love the artwork and the concept, very unique way of interpreting the theme. It was very fun to figure out the movement, though I would have loved it if there were some audio cues. But regardless, I like it a lot!

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot! and yeah, totally fair about the audio cues. none of us are exactly sound creators, so it got pushed back and we ran out of time. we’re planning to add proper audio in future updates.
