As you noted, the gameplay is bare, but I did enjoy the nostalgic aesthetic! Also, I do worry that the downloadable version doesn't quite count as downloadable, since it still needs to run in a browser, if it does indeed run (I couldn't get it to work).
I was not eggspecting this to become an egg-like, but it definitely does. Nice platforms and nice jumps
I laughed when I got the egg lol. Thanks for this.
I'll give this a sausage/10
Wow, I tried clicking the play button and thought the game was not working, and I was about to leave. But then I decided to press every key on the keyboard, and when the duck moved, I was genuinely surprised. On one hand it is a cool idea, but an average player probably would not reach the start.
I liked the text on the platform, it was quite funny. I just could not get past the fourth or fifth platform, since I do not usually play games of this genre. But overall the game is good.
Please check what is going on with the game and fix this issue.
Shift to sprint, the platforming might be hard if you're not holding shift. Yeah I kinda made some assumptions about FPS mechanics, I can update the description for sure! Also it's controller capable too!
Thank you for the clarification. I did try sprinting, I am just not very familiar with this genre. I think I just need more practice. Updating the description would definitely help new players understand the controls faster.
The concept and presentation on the page look really fun, I love the whole “Duck TV” vibe.
Unfortunately I couldn’t actually get into the game – the WebGL build stayed stuck at 99% loading for about 7 minutes on my side, so I had to stop there.
Just wanted to let you know in case it helps with debugging, I’d be happy to come back and try it again if there’s an updated build.
Really? Fascinating, were you on Chrome, or something?
masterpiece
While the game is very bare-bones, do try playing it with a controller! Everything is implemented, including sprint, crouch, and jump!
