Ooh I like this, fed it some images, turned out looking pretty cool. I like the unique look based on provided images. well done.

Also runs nice, react + tailwind. Are you a Dev by trade?

Nice!!

Developer(+1)

thanks! i have an animation background, but have been building apps and games for the past few years.

You should be proud, this is clean - would be curious how well you’d fly through a react dev role.

This is cool!

Dang, runs really well and the art/style/ui is very clean. I was surprised at how well it processes the images and comes up with design changes to match. A picture of my messy garage uploaded and it picked out my truck and then created a "4x4" blob with wheel ears, I was wheely impressed. Good call with no server side storage and I wouldn't want to risk opening up whatever people decide they want to upload... ha.

that cute lil blob plus i really love how i just give it my pic and he turns into a stylish diva omg 💅

Really clever idea the use of photos to change its looks! Good job :D

Super simple concept but it really works quite well, you could scale this to lots of different apps/ideas, but the pet one worked well I thought!

Very good idea, I enjoyed seeing how it changes with each photo.

This is  a really neat idea. I had fun with it.  Really creative and entertaining.I noticed that this was submited on day one 6  days before the deadline. How did you do this so fast?

Developer(+1)

thanks for playing! The speed was partially because I never submitted to itchio before so I wanted to submit early to make sure it worked and tinkered  on it more from there. And partially because it’s built more like a website than a game (so it’s a few webpages and an API call). I’ve built stuff in unity in the past, but it hasn’t kept up with many of the AI coding methods that are so fun and speedy. I used lovable and cursor for this, and I’m experimenting with monogame now as I build my first full fledged roguelite next.

Yeah as Twin gets at, you can host your own client/server and basically just have itch redirect to it.  So it's still being updated past the day this page opened,. My game was the same. For games like this with a model hosted somewhere, you kinda have to do it that way since itch can't host the model and do that computation itself. Figure out this stuff early in the jam is also a good ideas as it can be tricky >.<

Wow. Looks really polished especially considering the time frame. The feeding mechanism is so cool. I wonder how it works.

Developer

thanks! it's connected to google's nano banana and combines your memories into the blob's visuals!
