Cool game :D I love the options you have and also the sound effects :)

Pretty cool game. The input seems to be a bit delayed and makes it a little hard to control the snake for me. The love heart when both the snakes collide is a fun little addition.

Solid game. Great job!

Nice game! I really liked the pixel perfect aesthetics of the game.

Neat little submission. Really liked your art style for the background, and the snakes themselves were very cute. Enjoyed the loveheart when the snakes kiss ;)

Only small nitpick I can think of is maybe hide or shrink the cursor in the main game.

Solid submission. Well done!

Very fun game! My only complaint is that the input seems to be delayed, but other than that game is very nice to play and I enjoyed it. Good work!

Very cool game. Love how we both did something kinda similar yet totally different at the same time with the dual snake thing (tho mine is 1 snake 2 headed). The hunger system was something I wanted to add to my game too but didn't really have the time, the version I ended up submitting was made within like a 3rd of the total jam time, aside from most of the art that I had made for a version of the game I started first in another game engine.

If I had one peeve with the game it's that the input actions seem to buffer one move later than they should so when you are going left for example then press up before next move happens, you'd logically go up next move, but instead you go left then up. Seems to make precise movement kinda tricky, which especially with the higher speed modes is kinda tough, but honestly even more noticeable on the slower ones.

Nice little project tho and well done! 💛

It cracks me up when I bump into my opponent and give them a little kiss, great game though!
