I've played a dozen of these games and made one myself. You just have to be attentive :) There are literally up to 10 options: arrow, number, hand, smoke near the door, head near the door, number of pieces of paper. The only difficult ones are the eyes pointing to the door and understanding which door is on the left or right if the hint doesn't clearly indicate which side. With this spoiler you will pass in a couple of attempts

It seems you've been lucky with your runs and encountered fairly simple anomalies! There are currently 22 anomalies in the game. Thank you for playing!

To someone who's a fan of this genre I have a question: what are your thoughts on my concept? I've tried to put a twist on the classic formula. The key change is that when an anomaly occurs, you can't just run back. Instead, you have to find the correct door. So, how does that sound to you?

And what's your favorite game in this genre?

I played through the game three times in a row last night. I felt like I didn't see everything, but there were no new anomalies. Maybe I forgot to mention something or described it poorly. The numbers include things in paintings and on the ceiling, for example. The only thing that could be annoying were the plants and stools, but I realized almost immediately that they weren't involved, and then it became very easy. I don't have a favorite game in this genre. Your concept, in my opinion, is worse, because in reality, I don't have to look for an anomaly (look for an anomaly is more difficult). I have to look for a door, and until I find it, I'll search the room. And after 10-20 tries, I'll be sure I won't make any mistakes again.

Alright mate, I played bunch myself and developed over 50 projects. It's not a competition nor a brag, but understanding the concept of it all doesn't mean it was "too easy". The way you wrote your comment meant as if you played this like it was a simple walking simulator, which is why I commented to clarify, maybe the game was bugged for me. The smoke part I saw and it was obvious, but no way did I see any numbers or arrows or anything alike.

I will try and record this to prove my point about the game. Hope I am wrong and it truly is the case of "unattantiveness".
