For the Dragocen question - that's just the result of the filters that were run over the portraits to make them into vague painted background portraits rather than looking like people on a viewscreen. They almost lost their faces entirely, really - if you look, Milania has no nose and Dragocen's features are barely hinted at.  That, plus the angle and the lighting, make it very hard to pinpoint details, so the tattoos he would have simply aren't visible in this display.  Naq vg vf xvaq bs vzcbegnag gung jr qba'g frr gurz gbb pyrneyl.

For Branekka - that looks like you may have been using Skip to progress rapidly through the text and therefore you're seeing the checks from many different dialog lines all at the same time. There are multiple Empathy checks throughout her conversation and that's what you'd get if you were zooming through and only stopped at the 'can't tell how she feels about you' line.

The Dragocen explanation makes a lot of sense.  Vs n (erny-yvsr) zhfrhz unq cnvagvatf qvqa'g ybbx yvxr cnvagvatf jura gurl jrer fhccbfrq gb qb fb, V'q or qvfnccbvagrq. Vg fgnaqf gb ernfba gung gur Urnirayl Cnynpr'f ehyref jbhyq rkcrpg gurve cnvagvatf gb or cnvagreyl gbb. :)

I wasn't trying to skip the Branekka dialogue, so I will try and test that more carefully next run in case I clipped the scroll wheel or something (since the scroll wheel is set to rollback/roll-forward on my computer, thus having the same optical effect as a temporary Skip function).

Tested in 0.7.21, carefully ensuring no accidental tap-forward with the scroll wheel, and the issue isn't there.
