Well done on this lovely game and these magnificent creatures!

I thought the idea behind the game was great, although I would have liked a little more feedback to know when a creature could see me or not.

Thanks a lot!!

This was cool! The art is fantastic and I love that this has such a distinct visual style. I like the stealth gameplay mechanic, but found it a little tough to know when I was in danger of being spotted or getting a game over, so it was hard to play strategically.

Great work! I’d love to see a post-jam update!

Thank you!

Getting massive scavengers reign vibes, such cool art. Great job for ya first game ya two too. Would have been hard work getting that looping to work, trust me, I know what its like XD. Might be worth trying to go ham on the roping mechanic with some dynamic enemies as well. Also, my camera kept getting swallowed by foot dude and I'm not sure if that is intentional or not lel. Keep up with the game deving! <3

Developer

Thanks a lot! Yes Scavengers Reign is one of our favorite shows, so inspiring!

Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it!

The idea is cool! Nice mechanic and the initial cutscene is really good! But I found it very hard to initially understand how to move around the place. I also repeatedly would get a zoom in effect when I'd latch onto a monster which felt more like a glitch than a game over and I didn't really know why

Thanks for the compliments and feedback!

Cool game and interesting mechanic! This idea can be extended with progression or scoring system. Nice work!

Developer

Totally! :)

The idea is refreshing! Capturing monsters is fun, but I think the danger signals could be a bit clearer. :) Great work!

Developer

Of course, thanks for playing!

Oh wow ! Three different planets ! The concept is very fun but I really struggled to catch my first starfish (?). I thought it was the camera that woke them up instead of my rope. And I did catch the armless creature but when the rope tighten, the camera zoomed in like if I had lost. I’m a bit confused. On a side note, I really loved the artstyle, but it’s a bit sad there isn’t a music (like a dreamy space one, or a creepy strange).

Thanks for the feedback and we are glad you enjoyed the game! Lots to learn about making games, but we had tons of fun with this project :)

Love the style, and the changing perspective feels very cinematic! Agreed, some audio would really tie it together, but well done!

what an amazing first game! we actually had a similar idea at first so im glad to see it being done! i wish there was some audio tho- it always adds so much polish to games. Hope you the best on your newly started game dev journey c:

Thanks! I'll be sure to check yours out as well! Audio is something neither of us know anything about, so we didn't have time or expertise to put it in this time around. Something to improve upon for next time!

Developer

Thanks a lot! It was tons of fun :)
