Wow

The visuals are super nice, I love the design of the room! Sadly I thought that the controls were pretty difficult to get accustomed to, and 1st person view made it really hard to see the string. I really like the idea, it is a really nice looking game, very polished, but the controls made it really hard for me to play.

The idea looks absolutely fantastic! But implementation feels a bit off. Since you have to go around the enemy to make a loop, maybe 3rd person view would work better to see the string all the time. And I felt like I missed some cues on ability cooldowns, enemy attacks, things like that. The visuals are super good though, and overall the game is great for a game jam. Good job!

Great concept! I loved the idea. The controls are a bit stiff, but the overall gameplay is very fun. I’m really impressed you made this game in 96 hours. I loved the visuals and atmosphere—really good work!

The idea is cool, the animation is good, but it makes me a little dizzy.

controls were kinda janky. but i understood the assignment. Art carried this project well. i can see this be a bigger like rpg game kinda like a horror little nightmare version.

Just amazing!

Thank you !

A really creative concept. The hooking mechanic is incredibly satisfying!

Thank you so much

Amazing idea and great execution! This is the first game that I have seen implementing this mechanic in 3D! Great job and well done!

Developer(+1)

Yeah there are a lot of 2d games with this mechanic, thank you so much for playing !

Pretty impressive you made this in just 4 days, would really be fun multiplayer. my only problem is that is  first person its kind of hard to control.

Developer

Yeah i agree multiplayer would be very fun, have you come far in the waves haha ?

Submitted(+1)

sorry for the late reply, i gone to wave 5. i stopped bc the musketries  frustrated me. the sword one were easier just do loops trap and running but the musketries has 3Hp(which i think is alot for a ranged enemy) and they feel like they are aimboting from how accurate they are.

You created amazing movement in such a short time. I would prefer 3rd person because it was sometimes hard to know when the enemies where in the loop. Nonetheless engaging and fun game. Really hooked me to play longer.

Developer

Thank you for playing ! The loop was the hardest part to get somewhat right haha

Crazy to think this was made in under 98hours. Getting the hang of controls was a bit tricky for me.

I think we were both going for a similar mechanic in our games (Loop to Kill); I just ended up taking a 2D route.

Great entry!

Developer

Yeah a lot of work and many talented people made it possible, im glad you liked it even with the steep learning curve.

Looks gorgeous and the idea is pretty interesting! Only the looping is a bit hard to do correctly but other than that its very good!

Developer

Thank you for playing, maybe in a future update i'll think about how to make it easier

Submitted(+1)

Very cool idea and gameplay! Kinda hard to get the looping thing down correctly but feels satisfying once you do ^_^

Developer

Haha yes, people seem to be struggling with the rope, you're not alone !

I enjoyed the theme and the idea a lot. I struggled to tightly loop the enemies though. A lot of potential with this idea though! I could see a world where you include lassos. Great job!

Developer

Thank you for your review, I appreciate it a lot !

I like the style, the setting, gameplay is also cool. Too bad i suck at the game lol

Developer

Yeah I should stop making hard games for jams, I just can't help myself. Thank you for playing !

The grappling hook mechanics is fun to play with and the overall setting, being in a bedroom as toys is cool too.

Developer

I'm glad you like it ! Thank you for playing.

Cool entry and really polished for such a short time! Great work!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing !

Love the characters! Was a bit hard to get the flying enemy. Had more attempts then I want to admit :-D A solid entry!

Developer

Thank you for your comment, how far have you come ?

Submitted(+1)

Wow this is such a detailed game in just 4 days! Really impressive, the lasso/thread was a bit hard to loop but gameplay abilities and movement flow were amazing! Great artwork and nice tutorial. I enjoyed it very much!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing, implementing the lasso mechanic was not an easy task for sure.
