This is oozing old Flash game aura, and that's a good thing!
Very cute and very fun game! When I saw the shop allowing you to increase your health, I took it upon myself to progress as far as I could without buying a single balloon. Surprisingly it is entirely doable, and I actually beat Stage 5 with only 3HP. A 1-hit challenge where the enemy has a faster rate of fire and the most health in the game was quite fun. It is a blessing that the player's own fire rate is uncapped, as that allowed me to chuck as many knives as I could where I knew the opponent was going to be.
Great game, I had a lot of fun!

This was kind of hard to play but might be a me thing. I like the concept, the graphics are cute and UI is displayed well. Could use some controls? but I think its just WASD and a clicker game? Not sure. Great job overall! I wish I got the hang of the game better. I couldn’t figure out if there was a different key to shoot the nails. Great job on the game jam and I wish you luck on the game jam!!!

Oops, I meant a description of controls or UI screen explaining the controls. I thought there be a key to shoot, but it was just click, haha.

Fun game! Kept me playing for a while. Some minor gripes:
The enemy path is predictable so after a while I figured out a strat where spamming throwing knifes when they float towards you practically takes down an enemy instantly.
The enemy hp would not always display correctly, something saying 0hp when they're still a balloon intact
Personally think the payout of the higher levels should've been a bit higher, because if not for the strat I used it would've taken me much longer to beat.
Other than that I think the upgrade system is well made and I enjoyed playing this. Well done!

Nice game. Didn't understand the farming coins by replaying part at the start, but the grinding aspect makes the game fun. Music was unexpected, personally like electronic music so it was cool. GJ on your first jam!

You should do a webGL export! With Unity it’s very straightforward. Most people won’t download: it’s an extra step, it takes more time, it’s riskier (you execute something from an unknown source).
It was fun, I’m not too sure about that limitation but I really like the balloon idea and kind of 1v1 setup <3
