So spooky, I got jumpscared by the person on the couch!
Haha! Thanks so much for playing!
Was getting quite spooked while playing this one. Also the first horror entry I’ve played. Great work guys!
Yeah there was a surprising lack of horror games this jam! There's usually loads and I was actually somewhat apprehensive about this theme idea because I thought loads of people were going to be doing it as well. Turns out not so much! Thanks for playing!
Wow such a nice vibe and atmosphere!
I really like this kind of graphics / models. And I would really love to be able to do the same!
I'm amazed by your guys work, well done! Cool story :D
Thank you! The technique we used for texturing almost everything in the game was called photobashing where you just take real images of things and make the UVs fit around them. Really makes a cool effect with these low poly models.
Oh that's soo cool!
Did you do all that for this jam? Or was that something you from earlier?
Did you take the pics yourself?
Really good job! Thanks for the explanation! :D
Yeah we made all the art for this jam! But we didn't take the pictures ourselves haha, just random pictures like if you google images of a bed or something.
That's neat!
That also means that I could probably try it out! Thank you so much! :D
Really fun horror with a good build up! I wish the game was longer. Great job on creating this in such a short amount of time :)
Thank you so much! We wish it was longer too, very high chance we'll look at completing this game after the jam.
You did a great job! The atmosphere was great, I got caught. I wanted more at the end, this is the sign of a successful jam game. Well done.
Thank you very much for playing!
Great job, the art and atmosphere is really well done. I also liked the attention to detail in the animations.
Thank you so much! We have a fantastic animator on our team.
Feels just like the creepy horror should! If only there was more! Great job!
Thank you!
Thank you! And yeah agreed, we definitely want to make it longer if there's more time. Much more we could do with this!
haha it is the truest meaning of a loop xD awesome game
Thanks so much for playing!
this game has amazing atmosphere and audio, good job
Thank you very much!
Creepy....
Art is amazing
I know right! Everyone did an incredible job
Great atmosphere, really curious how you achieve this, from the lighting, particles, etc. Great work!
Thank you! It definitely took a lot of trial and error, especially with the limitations of the web build. But a combination of limited spot lights, layering your culling masks and dabbling in particles can really change a scene!
Amazing concept, fun and genuinely creepy. Howeve,r the audio was so low even with headphoes It made it diffacult to play at times.
Hey! There are volume sliders in the settings that will allow you to adjust the audio for yourself! Im glad you were still able to enjoy despite that :)
Played well in the browser on my mac! (apple silicon)
So fun to play a 3D horror game like this. Very impressed with the results! Also, that's quite a big team--nice job coordinating and delivering a full experience.
Really great job :D
Thank you for the praise! I absolutely couldn't have done it without them. Found a really fantastic bunch of people and talent for this jam. Being the only programmer was certainly a challenge to try and keep up with all of them but I have no regrets :)
Wassap King.
Cool game, smooth experience, no major issues. Good job.
I recorded my playthrough because why not
Thanks so much for playing and recording Pedro! <3
Good entry! The athmosphere is superb and its super polished :D
I had some framerate issues but i think it was because i played the browser version.
Also really good Audio :)
Thank you for playing! Yeah its recommended to turn on hardware acceleration for the browser version. Failing that then a download is for sure the best option. I'm glad you were still able to enjoy it!
This was really cool! Loved the retro- PS-1 style graphics!
Was also really impressed that you got both a mirror and surface-specific footsteps in there!
My only useful feedback is that the sound levels were a bit unbalanced, but it was a very minor thing.
Really want more, wish it was longer :D
Thank you so much for playing and thank you for the feedback! I'd love to ask which sounds specifically were unbalanced, if you recall that is!
So polished! This can evolve into a full horror game.
Thank you!
Alright!
That was definitely an unsettling experience—I felt a lingering tension throughout the entire playthrough.
At one point, I even considered switching out of fullscreen... you know, just for a bit of psychological safety 😅
Quick question: Why did the clothes not change!? - points for breaking immersion! 😋
I have to say, you came up with a really clever way to approach the theme without falling into a repetitive task loop (which I admit I was bracing for at the start). The atmosphere you crafted fits perfectly and really elevated the experience.
Awesome job—truly a standout entry!
Thank you very much! Yeah the clothes changing is definitely a task for the dev to-do list xD
We really tried to make sure the tasks wouldn't feel repetitive despite doing the same things multiple times so I'm glad that came across!
We always love to see a horror game, it was a creepy play through.
Thanks for playing! Don't I know you from somewhere? xD
