Some lines with typos I've found (I know it's the most tedious thing but just in case you didn't have these noted already)

  • Not 'urgent', or someone would probably -  main sequence line, probably misspelled
  • Madam Elector, you and [I]  are both obligated - during negotiation with Eve, I is missing

Question/Feedback:

I understand why once I've stolen recruited someone for my council I can't negotiate with them or propose to them, but I think we should still be able to investigate their background and their connections while they're with us. I understand it's not a min-max game choice since you've already secured their vote in theory but it doesn't make much logical sense that we're not getting to know our council at least on a basic level and when I wind up with a 'free' social turn traveling through deep space it would give me something to do.

(1 edit)

oh that would be fun.

Yeah I second this, it’s a bit strange to not have bios for someone who’s on your team so having the ability to unlock them still would add some extra meat to chew on.

Another typo, "took up a research petition there," in the epilogues.

Agreed on the feedback! It also might be nice to have allure and proposals still available. I've run into a situation where one of my own council members tried to assassinate me, so there's still some benefit to raising opinions during this time.

That's a risk you take by bringing in a minister you can't trust. It's actually (behind the scenes) easier for a minister to send assassins than a normal Elector. Hostile ministers are a bad idea!

(I'm thinking about this one and I can definitely see making the network investigation still available on someone loyal - it's RELEVANT to your ministers after all - but a lot of the other actions are all written from a perspective that would not make sense if they were your minister, so even without considering balance questions it would create problems.)

Just for fun, has anyone unlocked gur fxvyy yriry gb trg nhgb-onpxtebhaq-erirny?

That makes sense. Still it's wonderful to hear that network investigations are up for consideration.

A former elector can still be offered a cabinet position, engagement, or charm and flattery. So far they’ve all been so hostile they won’t return my calls (for some reason!), but it’s funny that the options are there.

Another typo, “they’ll probably taken an alarm seriously”, looking for classified information.
