  • This is literally brilliant, one of coolest ideas I've seen in a long time - you should absolutely make a full game out of this, it's so sick!

Nope - I've completed at least one game jam before.

How does your game fit the theme?
You stop time, then get everything set up (this is also part of golf), then finally, release time and everything starts going! (Hopefully as planned)

Love the game, physics are really fun, I like the different (and unique) stage hazards like the beeg rock you gotta move away to reveal the hole, the cogs make you think outside the box. Aesthetics of the game are super clean, the sounds great (I personally like the cog click when it goes wild when you hit it a bunch). got to the "smarter or safer" stage and will be coming back to finish it!

amazing game bro, i love how you included my suggestion of a lawnmower! the gameplay mechanics are fun, and the level design is amazing. i didnt even notice what the cogs do until i accidentally hit them

Sick ass idea, great game!! Played a lot of minigolf style games in my day, but this was a truly unique experience. Combining the swing vectors together added a really nice layer of depth to the traditional putting gameplay. The physics interactions with the environment were the icing on the cake. Art style is charming and cohesive throughout, fits the game really well. Music and sfx are solid. Super enjoyable playthrough, really liked this one. Great job!!

Dude, what a cool game! I really liked the mechanic of stop time. It reminds me of Stasis from the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. And you made real good level design to make good use of the mechanics. Visuals and sounds excelent too. Good job!

Thank you! Yes, the time stop was inspired by Stasis, I was thinking about examples of getting ready, then releasing it all at once, and Stasis was the coolest example I could think of.

Thank you! The sound effects were pretty fun to add actually since it's pretty easy to do but it adds a lot to the immersion.

this is an extremely creative game especially when most golf games rely on the physics and course layout for there fun! I would play this as a game with friends if you made it multiplayer

Developer

I wonder how hard that would be, I've never made a multiplayer game befor

So far my favorite game from this jam I love the time stop and hit ball from this game like walking around the level coming back and trying to get the most mileage for your hit is incredible the sound and music is great and the polish is quite good and also trying to hit the ball with something that's not the club like the spikes overall fantastic 10/10 game

Developer
