These are all great suggestions! I'm planning on taking this concept further after the jam ends and I'm planning on hot fixing the annoying things with the jam like the loop counter

Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it 😀

You are on my list too play unfortunately my daughter has been poorly but I'm hoping to get a few hours tonight!

this is a lovely idea!

I struggled to get through the first level but i managed my way through it eventually, the second level felt abit nicer to the player
I managed to cheese the enemy by jumping over him at some points, not sure if this was intended as i couldent get the attack option to work!

A few questions or suggestions that I didn't see
1: a way to delete old signs

2: an animation for the attack? this might be happening but I didn't see one
This is a really creative game, reminds me of lemmings meets game dev so props to that!

this was super satisfying dude I really enjoyed it!

I would love a mechanic that makes it so the crabs with shells cant move on specific tiles, could open up a world of new puzzles!

this is a lovely game dude, really enjoyed this one actually!

Like the pixel art, felt like there was enough on the screen for it too be interesting but not enough to become noisy or outstay its welcome

Would recommend putting the tutorial popup for attack somewhere that the boulder can "rest" so the player has chance to read it but props dude this game was a blast!

I really dont have much to add here, this game is super nice and Honestly i do think if you fleshed it out it would find a space on something like steam or itch

I really enjoyed the backgrounds they look awesome

My own piece of feedback would be a way to change the spike colour, sometimes itsa bit difficult to see the spikes versus the ground

Well done on this guys!

You were definitely invoking feelings with this as soon as i saw the road i was like "oh no", you did a fantastic job Justine and Mar!

Thanks for making this and well done on your first jam!

this is unreal!
The art pallet you've chosen is gorgeous so props to the artist! its got a real vivid pastel colour scheme thats doing something interesting that matches with the gameplay, on the surface everything is bright and colourful but everything underneath is a struggle.

you should continue this after the jam. honestly this is a fantastic idea and i want to see more of this pixel art

This one was a ton of fun! and you basically made 4 games in one! props!

So the art is extremely clean, really like the vector style graphics and it looks so smooth, great job on that one!
The line work on the text really makes the text pop out, I was unsure if the background would be too noisy for gameplay but it wasnt, it sank into the background with all the moving elements!

The High scores is a real neat touch but I wasn't sure what high score I was looking at for which game or reason, maybe instead of <Scores> at the top you give each game a name? i could have also missed something so please correct me if im wrong!

I think this will do well in this jam. well done again!

Hey man thanks for making this!

I tried to get past the first area for 5 - 10 minutes but i wasnt able too! this might be a skill issue but i think a good suggestion would be too create a small section at the start thats dead easy to get people to understand the jump mechanics

I found a bug where if you jump on a slope it then locks your jump to that direction all of the time, not sure why

This is fantastic for a first attempt, well done!

Thanks for playing dude!

Thanks for playing dude!

Thanks for playing dude!

Yeah making a grided game gets complicated and a few bugs got through because of how I made it! Gonna fix all the bugs after the jam :)

Thanks I've added that to the list of things too fix! Glad you had fun!

I think the idea is sound I just think the collision box feels abit harsh around the edges. That would solve the problem for me personally

I love a good number go up game, this was a blast thank you for making it!

I really don't have many suggestions other than maybe a way to delete tiles you've placed?  if that open is in there I did not see it

this is super fun well done dude!

Enjoyed the springiness of the cat felt lovely!
One piece of feedback: the red tiles were hard to get around sometimes, i like there inclusion but i felt like the game wasnt giving me the benefit of the doubt

I hope that helps and thanks for making it!

thanks for playing dude glad you had fun!

Even if you interact with something? i might have missed something ill give it another whirl

Really nice dude I left some comments on discord but ill put them on here too just in case you miss them!

I really enjoyed it, the game was fun and i got the knack of moving the mouse while fending off the attackers felt good! As a first game idea this is super good dude good job! One piece of feedback would be to make the mousetache to snap back to the position of the mouse quicker after an attack, the idea is sound but the visuals aren't keeping a consistency But dude as a first attempt wow you should be VERY proud

I think the idea has legs actually, the idea of going around a map and rebuilding a rocket (or adding to it) is a fun and interesting idea!

If I was to change something it would be the camera, at the moment the camera is position so the character is at the bottom of the screen, you really want your character in the middle so when your falling down you have an opportunity to see what is under you

this was very creative!
Well done on it you should be proud!

Piece of feedback: not sure if it was the resolution I was playing with but you might want to make the keys a little bigger to fill more of the horizontal screen space

This is awesome!
as someone with dyslexia having everything voice acted was lovely! and the interaction gimmick gave me real stanley parable vibes!

If i could change one thing with this its probably to stop the stairs from moving while your interacting with objects i only ended up seeing ending 4 and ending 5.

Great work though dude very well done!

this is probably my favourite entry so far in this jam. I really enjoyed the the robot turn flip animation harkens back to the gold old days of paper Mario

The character controller felt great, one thing I would probably change personally is the wall jumping felt a little rigid, seems to be overly cautious and felt myself getting a little frustraighted at the end sequence

I really like the idea of this, you should definitely refine this further after the jam, it goes a really good game hook dude well done!

I'd love to give you a rating but I don't think this works on Android (it brings up the Google search function with the text boxes) something to look at in the future

First thing. Very refreshing this game runs on mobile!

I enjoyed this a lot scratches the one more go itch

Question: how do you get money for the other tracks? Couldn't see a button or UI element showing my cash

Highest score I managed : 73

Thanks pal! You might one day!

Ah thanks for playing dude in glad you enjoyed it!

I do think the loops is worth exploring after the jam

this feels lovely to play well done!

Glad to hear the idea has bones!

I'm gonna fix it up after the jam so hopefully the bugs you encountered will be fixed

Yeah there's a fundamental issue with how the loop count is working. You should be getting 25 loops but you only get 13 right now. Ruins the flow

Gonna update it when the jam is over

This sounds like a reasonable solution!

I reviewed it. again, excellent job

thank you ill fix that one for the post updated version of the jam! cheers

Yeah I agree with you. A smart way to put down train tracks would help massively!

Thanks for playing

Oo out of interest how did you break it in the middle of a run? I thought I turned off input while the train was moving so this is new to me

as a first attempt this is really good well done!

Love the "Run Start Speghetti code"
This was a lovely experience and i loved the soundtrack keep up the good work!
