I bumped my head on every wall, but in the end I knew where I was. An interesting idea. Good work!

Very fun and unique puzzles! Once the tunnels got added that was too much for my brain to handle. Might have to revisit later and go for completion. Nice work!

Thanks for playing

Yeah i totally get wheat you mean once the tunnels come in. Becomes a lot having to double check every single floor tile that you place.

I agree with everyone else, the concept is unique and really interesting. I ended up getting stuck on the second ladder level (where you have to place the ladders yourself), but I had fun playing and would love to see this expanded. It's a bit daunting to see a completely blank canvas with the larger rooms, so if you choose to expand this, perhaps pre-populating a couple of tiles when the level starts would help with this (or even have it as a option to decrease difficulty). Great work!

Thanks for playing and commentating

I like that idea of having the little starting section and/or another key section of the level be highlighted for you to have something to work towards other than just blank space, thats a nice idea

Unique concept for a game! Funny title I liked it. I got stuck on the second ice level though. I would have liked some hints or an option to skip or go back to reference cause I totally forgot how the ice tiles work lol. Overall cool game! Good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing the game, yeah I really liked the concept too, it was a lot of fun to make. I think the main thing that I don't explicitly say in game which is most likely where the confusion comes from is how to tell the difference between ice and floor if its in a corner or next to a wall. Basically if you slide onto a tile and then without touching anything bonk the wall that means the tile is ice whereas if you slide onto a tile and stop immediately without bonking into anything that means that the tile is normal floor and not ice.

But also yeah I level select mechanic would be nice to add just in case you want a refresher or skip over it too quickly I agree

I think this game gave me schizophrenia... Anyways I loved this game, as others have said the art could be improved, and so forth but it was a solid game with it becoming harder and harder in a nice and linear way!

Developer

Thank you for playing and taking the time to comment I really appreciate it :)

Great game! To improve it you could add a “fill all empty squares” button, because I placed all the walls and later it was a bit annoying to have to fill out the floors too. Other than that it was fun to play!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for Playing and glad to hear you enjoyed the game. Definitely agree that some sort of fill tool is definitely nice especially for most of the early levels as they get rather tedious, I couldn't think of how I would implement that, but a fill all empty squares button is a great work around that I didn't think about. So thank you for your comment and suggestion

My favorite game in the jam so far! The concept is very original and yet really fun!

Once you're nearing the end of a level, it can be a bit annoying to find the single square you've missed, so many a "tip" button could've been neat. But I really enjoy the game!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing the game and commenting, I really appreciate it.

Yeah searching for that last bit is definitely annoying, now I'm imagining a hint button that while it doesn't tell you the exact tile that is wrong because that seems like too much instead it would give you a 3x3 or 5x5 area to go back to for something that you have missed. I like that idea a lot for sure so thank you :)

I didn’t know what to expect, but this was oddly compelling. The audio got a little annoying hearing it for a long period of time, and I think I love this game concept. I am totally confused why one of the levels didn’t work though. I walked around everywhere the was a ground, and filled in everywhere I couldn’t, but the level didn’t click. It was a little unclear on the first one how to begin, but once I got it I could get things to work…Till…what am I missing?

I would have liked to see more detailed art, but the style was consistent.

Thanks for playing my game, and for writing the comment. Yeah the art definitely leaves a lot to be desired for sure, something like replacing the wall to be more brick nature and the floor to be more dirt pathing definitely would have been the better way to go.

As for the level you got stuck on if you head straight down from the point you are in the picture you should hit a wall before you reach the bottom, there is a horizontal line of wall not connected to the outside wall, hopefully that helps
