Nice game and a smart use of the limitation. Controls felt good and the upgrades definitely added to the game experience. I was a little confused by how the camera was moving, maybe I just didn't get the pattern behind it.
22 Gens later i got it. Good job!
Took me around 22 gens to finish. A nice short game. The controls felt very natural and the game really fit the theme.
It took me 24 generations, but I got there in the end. This was handled very well. I tried to fight death for a while, but I gave in and it opened up a lot after that. Very good use of the limitation.
intro was bit quick. I think there is some movie reference, but I can't put my finger on it. You can get quite far with just a few evolutions. I think you should need to evolve like back and forth to go past something maybe to make it more challenging. like have it go ridiculous speed when you increase it or have big size or small size to fit spaces or use the big size as some king of advantage. music stopped playing after a while. maybe make it looping. In Godot there is import setting to make the stream loop. Good job!
A very cute game! I luv it Lord Farquaad xD. I I liked playing it but I had problems with the web ver huhu I cant seem to control it for some reason.
Are you on mac? A friend of mine had a similar issue. Working fine on linux but yet to test on Windows...
Good job! I like idea of evolving per generation, esp like getting choices you must die at least once to progress the game :P
I also like that you dont force the player to go back to the start.instead theres save points!
Thank you! Honestly it was a 11th hour change, but given the restriction it felt wrong to make a game that was too punishing.
