Fantastic game. Inspires me to do something 3D for my next game, though I do note you went *slightly* over the 3 hour limit :D

Thanks for playing! I'd say definitely try 3D, I had a lot of fun doing it! That said, it is amazing how much additional time is needed for just 1 extra axis! By hour 5 I thought "go big or go home" - I was already home, so big it was.

Wow, outsanding! My best time 2 minutes in easy mode (still learning) and 3.04 minutes in hard mode (here I realize the strategy).

Is this a first 3D game of yours? It´s pretty solid! The mechanics are cool, with sfx, the theme is well implemented, visuals well done for a 12h game… Is insane for me even think on doing something like that in such a short time!! I´m sure you’ve learnt a lot doing this project, hehe. Congrats.

Thanks for playing, I'm happy to hear you gave both modes a go! Yes, first 3D everything, I've learnt 2D exclusively until now. Thanks for the kind words, and while I learnt a huge amount my brain has turned to jelly - it'll be back to 2D for my next Trijam entry, but I'll continue to learn more for future 3D games.

Amazing. Easily one of my favorites this jam.

However, the movement is extremely fast--which i saw your comments on the in-browser version working weirdly, it's ok. The uncontrollable variable aside this is a really great game!

Developer

Thank you very much for playing, and for the kind words! After having spent a tiny bit of time looking into it, I'm worried that it was actually no bug - it was always that fast in the editor, but due to it not being web-hosted the controls are a lot smoother in Godot. A lesson to test on Itch next time!

A lot of fun - really strong first 3d game! Charging the turrets was an intuitive mechanic to get to grips with, and the mad rush in the early game to get them all online with decent range was great :)

Thank you very much for playing!! I'm glad to hear that it was intuitive (I was worried I was cramming too much in for a new game jam Player who doesn't necessarily want to learn a whole new ruleset/set of game mechanics) and that it was fun!

Wow that looked like a lot of work. Good work on testing yourself. Lot of potential here good effort.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the kind words! It was a really fun project to learn through, a fun way to begin to get to grips with 3D!

I liked the idea of where you were going but it felt really clunky with he movement of the player. Overall though not bad!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! I know what you mean, for some reason in-browser the player movement is about 1.5x faster than in the editor. A bug I'll look into after the jam
