I love art about the process of creating art, thanks for making this

I'm glad you shared this with us; we should all strive to show off our art more often! I like it!

Developer

Thanks dude!

Really liked how the retro screenshot style eyes looked. Passions don’t die, they just incubate as hobbies.

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot! I do my best keep up with my passions, no matter how much my executive dysfunction tries to prevent me from doing so ahaha.

Nice to meet a fellow neurodivergent. We tend to tribe up don’t we?

I love that you put your wild sketches out there - I love to see fellow artists just having fun. Damn that genAI crap - everyone has their own style and what is "good", anyway? If I could give this 7 stars, I would. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Developer

Oh thank you so much! That means a lot to me :) And yeah the idea of what is 'good' art is subjective, but that gives the freedom to explore and get experimental with it!

i think you perfectly understood the assignment and seeing all your sketches was inspiring. i also loved seeing your commentary on your own artwork.  i particularly loved your exploration with the brushes and colors !!! i think its so important as artists to recognize that art can be playing and having fun. trash is treasure :)

Developer

Aww thank you! I'm really glad you and everyone else also appreciating my little commentaries on my art. Looking at some of my older drawings that I dug out was a fun walk down memory lane! Art IS fun :D

The pictures were good, but the text explaining each piece's origin was legitimately life-enriching.

Developer

Thank you! To me people talking about their art, what inspired them what kind of work was put into them has always been one of the most interesting parts so it felt natural to do the same here (even with all the spelling errors ahahahaha).

This is wonderful, its so important to make earnest and truthful art. and machines will never be able to do that especially not by stealing the works of others.

Thanks! And I totally agree, the key to this is to have a bit more faith in oneself and being cringe but free (which is the Pompous Trash Jam summed up)!

This is so good! I really enjoyed going through this

The art and writeups feel so personal. And I love the message about sharing unfinished art. This is truly the soul and personality that's impossible to get with AI images

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! In a way it was very liberating to share stuff that was mostly metaphorically collecting metaphorical dust in my laptops memory, and see good things about them. Also in the recent years I've come to appreciate flaws and imperfections in my stuff a lot more too, partly because of AI, but also largely with seeing others artwork and them embracing imperfections in the things they make =)

Really dig the art on page nine.

Thanks :D
