fun and simple rhythm game ^^
it take me quite some time to be accustomed with using both bottom to top and top to bottom note movement
but it was cool concept to represent the punch and rhythm that way ^^

Really fun and simple rhythm game (with the boxing theme)! I really respect you recognizing the limitations and taking the opportunity to learn which you did a great job of! I also really like the switchup of the direction of the notes depending on the attack/defending portion of the game.
I would have liked some audio feedback that synced up with the 'beats' I was trying to hit, would make the game feel a lot juicier! Also I noticed that hitting the keys way ahead of time removes the next note on the track even if its not anywhere close, would probably allow some button mashing and only delete notes if they're complete misses or the palyer hits them (even early/late).
Good job completing the jam! Made me realize once again how bad I am at rhythm games very nice
Hey thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the game! I totally hear you on the button mashing leeway, I wasn't actually sure how other rhythm games handle this. I probably should have played some... for science!

Very nice! I know how hard it is to sync inputs to the music so I can sympathise with you on that. I think it's creative and it really fits the theme. I like the variation of having the notes go up. The art could be a little more exciting and dynamic but it's a good lil project!
Yeahh I was having a bit of trouble thinking of art for the game. Looking at some of these other games though, I definitely could've added a bigger/more exciting background. Thanks for the feedback =) I'm glad you liked it

Game play mechanics are working and music also fits. However, hitting the keys is not matching the music...this would make it an even better game experience!
