Hi! It’s now been 37 days, and my payment remains suspended, which is starting to get worrisome. I haven’t received any notification from itch.io about committing an infraction or anything unusual. I’ve waited and reached out to itch.io support, but nothing! Am I the only one, or what’s going on?

Your tax information is invalid and wasn’t able to be verified. You should have instructions on how to re-take the tax interview in your support messages. You must have a valid tax profile in our system to receive payments, requesting a payout again will not solve the issue and it will only get reversed.
