Such a clever take on the theme!

Fun game, played for about 30 minutes, fine for the first game. Good job man

Neat little game, I got 76 score! Only issue I had really was that the light and bugs could spawn outside the screen, making it difficult to get any bugs. Congrats on finishing the jam!

Cool game, simple but fun.

Starts with a really interesting plot, and the gameplay was quite addicting. The warning that shows where the next screen bug appears is really useful and some pretty smart thinking. Fantastic job on your first jam!

I really liked the intro and this litlle story. Sometimes the screen bug can be frustating when he spawn on ur cursor but good little game.

Developer

To be able to avoid such a screen bug on the cursor, I added a warning a moment before it. Also thanks for feedback.

The game could be very addictive, nice work.

Loved the cutscene at the start. It hooked me in immediately. Though the gameplay is simple, its executed really nicely. Love the effect of the tongue launching out to catch the bugs, the way it was handled is super clever. Definitely an entertaining interpretation of the concept!

I like the comedy you implemented, as well as the gameplay that increases in difficulty overtime. A pretty solid game, nice work!

Thank you for playing and constructive feedback.

I loved the cutscene and the playfulness of the game. The music was a bit repetitive during gameplay, but it fit the tone of the rest of the game very nicely.

Developer(+1)

Thanks, your game is also really cool.

The intro made me laugh. What a fun and weird concept. It is what it is, a game about clicking on bugs, and while it could definitely use something to make it even more challenging as time flies, i think you did really well on your first Jam! Keep going!

Developer

I thought about adding something to make the game more difficult in the later stages, but I didn't have enough time.

On the first day of game jam, I made another boring prototype of the game and decided to change it, so I was a day ago but it was a good decision as this game is better than that prototype.

I love the little gecko, he is so cute. Gameplay was a hard to get used to but good concept and and a bit outside the box thinking for the theme. (Also the cutscene was so epic)

Thanks for feedback.
