Oh no worries at all, i was only nitpicking because i wanted to bring something of value to you, and there was not a single thing i would add to the game itself except.. more :D I feel like menus always take very last priority, so that's completely understandable. Sorry if it came across any differently :)

The mechanic in this game was really fun and well implemented, and then i also really loved the artstyle! it all came together very well. It was really fun to try to shoot eggs all sorts of places too, like sideways or in the ceiling xD

I was really impressed with how well you managed to implement the randomized areas within the duration of the jam! It took a while to get into the controls, so i think this game would really be helped by a tutorial that sort of gradually intoduces the different mechanics to you, both in terms of controls but also concepts or "rules". Like the different types of items, how they work, different enemies, as well as changing weapons, grappling hook etc. Good job!

The presentation of this game was incredible, and i really liked the voice over as well. it added a lot of charm!

The fact that there was platforms moving every step as well as some projectiles etc was sent in real time made for some interresting puzzles, but unfortunately combined with the Awkward camera views and the very punishing fail state it became pretty frustrating to play.

with some more polish though, i think you've got a really neat puzzle game here. Especially with the main character who feels very cutesy and memorable!

I managed to grab the menu and just yeet it into oblibeeon haha. I think overall you got something pretty cool here, but it does need some more work and polish on both art, instructions and sound design. It reminds me a lot of several bee board games i've played in the past though, and they have been really good (Fellow bee lover here. I would never ask you "why bees" :o )
I don't actually think i've ever seen a good bee-hive management game, so i love the idea, very cute!

This game feels like it would do awesome as an idle game/side of your screen game. Watching the balls was satisfying and really fun, but shooting them felt like it didn't matter which direction in the end, and the tool to manipulate them didn't feel like it did much. If instead the upgrades like speed, fire rate, more places to shoot from, potentially new areas or maps were purchased by getting x amount of balls into some $ areas, you have a really cool and unique idle game. I could definitely see it going more interactable directions too though. This was an early build, but apart from the above i noticed the balls going out of bounds pretty often or getting stuck within little holes or inbetween the area borders. The sound of them also got very loud near the end, and a constant brumming was almost all i could hear over the otherwise fantastic and cozy music. Keep working on it! i could see many directions this prototype could go!

"does this sound like a swan or a monkey??"

I loved this twist on a classic. There were so many things about this game that made it really interesting to play. Your fuse being cut into multiple fuses when they cross (Which could both be a good and a bad thing), the difficulty of both looking at where you're going, while also trying to time the dropping of your dynamite tail at the right moment so it will blow up the obstacle. Bravo! Smooth and polished and felt really good to play. My only issue really is not having the level select be numbered so i can see how far i've gotten :D

Thank you for playing! i definitely understand why you'd say fever dream xD
Also, that is such a fair feedback. it seems that you're not alone in the confusement. If we do come out with a future update, it will both have better tutorial, better successful soundeffect and probably a visual effect too. it must be frustrating to think it's getting stuffed when in reality it didn't count.

Thank you for your very generous feedback! I'm really glad you liked the game :D

I 100% agree about all of your feedback. The menu was slightly rushed, which is why it feels a little unfinished and the mouse going out of the game is incredibly annoying and we were unable to fix it in time unfortunately. We have also thought about the whole "feather stuffing" situation, and if we do bring an update after the jam, that is 1st on the list to be polished! in fact, i think dropping the feathers into the hole and the amount being displaying could make for a lot more fastpaced and intuitive gameplay :D

Last thing.. Can i just say, that swan in your pfp might just inspire a new bird type xD

Chicken chicken chicken chicken, swan swan swan!

Oh my, this game was incredibly hard! I could only ever think about one countdown at a time haha. Other than that, this was a really creative take on the theme. I also loved the art! it was more than enough, so no need to make yourself feel bad about not being able to draw people. We play to our strengths, and these monsters were perfect for the game! :D

Such a creative and interresting idea! The voice-overs were hilarious xD I was unable to figure out if it was possible, but near the end of my run i found MYSELF trying to click the "skip add" button to get to the next run once every viewer had left anyway. Idk if there was a way to or if it was meant to be a joke, but if it was a joke, you got me :D

I booted up this game and had to do a double take, because did you guys have a peek at my computer, that i use to play retro pc games on, when you designed this game?? The colors are spot on! xD

I loved the game, very difficult, but i was laughing the whole way through it. Thank you for submitting this masterpiece!

Absolutely love the implementation of the theme and the artstyle here! The music fit the rest of the gameplay really well and everything just felt very polished and cohesive. The gameplay was pretty fun, feels like something that would have worked amazingly on something like a Nintendo DS with the crank on the bottom screen :D

Awesome, i'll be back for sure! This game is definitely worth a couple of replays to see everything

Super cute and a great use of the theme! getting all of the timings just right was a real challenge, especially once you had to start and stop and also set some off multiple times before the finale. Good headscratcher, very satisfying to finally get it right!

I have nothing to say but wow. If you would have told me to pay for this, i 100% would. This game is right up my alley, and i absolutely love it! The spin on the wacky medieval paintings making them even more weird than they already are is so creative and funny. There is SO much information to put down in the span of seconds, and getting it all in there or remembering definitely takes multiple tries to get right. but even when you fail, it's so satisfying to then go back and fix your mistakes. This is very high on my list of favorites for this jam. all 5 stars from me

The artstyle for this game was actually incredible! The cover image too was very captivating. Apart from the walking distance between everything being a little far, i thought the theme was well implemented. I love it when devs try to use the words differently than they may be intended :D

One thing i would like to know, is why does this person have slippery tongues for lips? xD I loved this experience, it was so wacky. Thank you for blessing me with it hahaha

Unique, very cute and funny spin on Who's Lila! I'm impressed with how well made the facial movements are considering the time we had for the jam. Definitely a theme that could be expanded further if you wish, but i also really like it as this byte-sized experience

> Is called in to save 300.000 people from catastrophe
> Reads emails for 3 minutes instead

This was an experience haha. Well done, this was so funny! Everything from the emails to the music player and the overall narrative. If there's a way to beat it, let me know and i'll be back, but for now i think i'd like to just believe that the player was never meant to win, and that the company only called them there to have someone to blame :P

Thank you for playing our game, i'm glad you enjoyed it! I love that it managed to take you through a whole roller coaster of emotions haha

Thank you for playing! Catching chickens is definitely a painful endeavour :D

Very cool concept for this game! I think with a bit more polish (in terms of explaining the rules mostly) you have something here that's pretty unique and quite a headscratcher. Maybe the timing was a little harsh?
I must also say i was not a fan of the big red screens used for transitionings, they were very trippy, especially alongside the music :P

Thank you for your feedback! I agree that the menu was pretty ambiguous and that the game becomes repetitive over time. I like to think that the bird catching mechanic would do better in a series of minigames where the hand has to do different things, this being one of them haha. I'm glad you felt like you improved with the controls though! I personally think that's the beauty of repetition in these sorts of "rage-controls"-games
Thanks for playing our game to the end! it means a lot :D

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed your experience :D

I absolutely love this game! It was so satisfying to finally get it all right and discover the murderer. The solutions were pretty creative too and very hard to figure out at times! The style, music and general vibe also fit together perfectly. I didn't manage to get through all the levels yet, but i am sure i will be back!

Very creative game with an incredibly nostalgic vibe, from the music and the crunchy sound to the very saturated colors and ofc the sock puppets themselves. It literally felt like being a child again, watching one of those kind of cursed cartoons on the television or even some of that edutainment that was popular at the time.

The gameplay itself was a fun idea. I don't particularly enjoy doing math in my head, but i suppose that just makes me an even bigger target of Count von Puppet's evil plan D: I agree with other commenters that being able to pick a number first would make the flow of the game feel a lot better. I kept trying to pick a number first, only to be confused that it disappeared once i clicked the operation card i wanted. Other than that, it felt very polished!

i really love the gameplay loop of this one! The balance of trying to gather as many ressources as possible while not botching most of the collection by being reckless is super fun! The boss was hard and i never actually did manage to beat him, he also looked incredible too! (And incredibly mean lol) I could definitely see myself coming back to this one later after voting has ended to see if i can finish him off.

Out of curiosity. The first time i played, i didn't realise i had to go and make my offerings within the time limit, however i did have the bow going into the boss fight. In my second run i spent all my ressources but didn't have the bow. Is that a bug or did i curse myself by buying something i shouldn't have?

Either way, awesome game, you have something really cool here that feels very modern and well thought out as a gameplay loop.

That's an interesting idea. Thank you! Lots of ideas have been tossed around with all the feedback we've gotten, and something definitely needs to happen to make this game more interesting or fun, and this was an idea we haven't heard yet! I appreciate your feedback, and thank you for trying it out! 😄

This was a lot of fun! getting the timing just right was a challenge, but a good and cozy one! the little narrative you managed to put in for each of the images made me laugh. like those two dogs were so goofy, i can't believe the owner wouldn't like them in any of those frames!

To fit with the theme of counting, we decided to let the player try to count in their head while all the chaos is going down. We have received a bunch of feedback on this though and will likely change that in the future and make the difficulty come from elsewhere. Thank you for playing and your feedback!

The idea for the theme is really fun, and a great twist on games like Papers Please or Not Tonight. The colors on the paper and the note made it slightly easier to quickly decline, so because of that i think the timer is alright, but other than that the timer you have for each paper feels a bit too quick. No matter, i really liked it! Definitely worth working more on should you wish :D

Simple and really good. Very similar to Fruit Ninja but somehow actually feels a lot more fun to play, at least on pc! Also, Pomelo is like, the cutest thing ever! In the end there were just too much on screen at once, and it was hard to keep up. Chests flying everywhere and so many bombs that i had no way to have the time to click fruits, but that's just a balancing issue. overall i really enjoyed my time with it! I think my final score was 3,4 million :D

You got it, that is exactly the idea! haha. That would have been a great joke. i imagine a troll level where that finger is just pushing it all over the place xD
Thanks for playing and making me laugh!

Nice game! Vibes were great and serving customers is fun! I think the game needs more balance overall as some features, such as the drinks getting warm, seem to not be used much in actual gameplay. If you had some sort of upgrades to purchase between days or different mixing ingredients, different types of beer etc it would make it a lot more interesting. I think you've got something good here though, so good job!

Super satisfying! Very well polished game for such a short game. Feels just as good as some similar games purchasable on steam. With a bit of a longer gameplay, some tweaking and more interresting mechanics, you've got yourself a banger!

Game looked and felt nostalgic, but with the twist of the countdown and difficulty! I would have loved some sort of narrative telling me why i was dying. I'm assuming we just live off of blood? The running speed feels a little slow despite the dash mechanic too, or maybe that's just the running animation being slightly quicker than the movement. Overall i think it was a really nice game though! Feels like it's got a lot of replayability :D

There really wasn't any purpose other than to have a cozy time decorating. I'm not much of a decorator, but the vibes were amazing and i actually really liked your way of implementing the theme. Like a celebration of life in both ways, lives coming to an end and lives starting to bloom! very cute.

We had plans for plenty of other birds and items to make progression feel more smooth, but scope creep got to us and this is what we ended up with. Game jams do be like that haha. Thanks for playing!
