The second game where I've been a santa running away from kids in this jam! I didn't get too far through it, but I think I got a feel for it from what I did play - I really liked the art style and it ran very smoothly. Nice job.

Thanks! It all comes down to practice I think. We have been doing gamejams (mainly ludum dare) for years now, so both of us know exactly what's needed and can rely on each other to deliver in a way that we don't need to backtrack much.
Great fun when you get to the more challenging levels! I also found a little trick/exploit: Walking in diagonals is faster than walking straight, making it easier to avoid the children.
Glad you liked it. And for the diagonal, I originally fixed that but had to change the controls and forgot about it! Dammit :D
