I also loved the box resizing idea. Simple but effective. Boosting up the visuals and developing the mechanics could leave you with a v cool finished project.

That was really intuitive for a simple puzzle game! I got a score of 52! I would definitely add a penalty for tagging the barren planets though. There was no incentive to try and not click on the barren planets. I could just wave my hands in a circle and hit the trigger buttons as fast as I could and raise my score really quickly. Without doing that I got like 25, but with the cheeze I got 52 lol. Maybe an automatic fail or minus points if you select the barren planet. I cool sky box or some more graphics to look around while inside would do wonders. Puzzle games translate really well to VR, this was fun!

If you select a barren planet you get zero points for that round but you're right that if you spam the triggers really quickly that penalty might not be enough. I was worried too many penalties would make the game too hard but I agree it could definitely be improved.

I was planning on improving the graphics will better textures, variation, and some basic animations but I ran out of time during the game jam. I might go back and improve them outside of the game jam if I have time on another weekend.
