A short but fun entry! Using the recoil to fly this cute little robot through the levels was a cool mechanic as many mentioned before, and i did watch Vim play it live but felt like i should try it too. My only real complaint is that it's quite easy to get stuck on corners, but this could easily be fixed by changing the hitbox from a square to a "tall circle" (google tells me it's called oblong? elliptical? you might understand what i mean). I had fun with it! Great entry, and good luck with the jam <3

I loved the mechanic of the gun moving you. Makes for some fun platforming.

I did find the levels a little confusing. Maybe make the first level a super simple: "press this button. Go through that door." And make the final door or end point a little clearer.

Overall though, super fun game!

there is some potential but the level design is weird, also the diagonal lines in the background tired me

also instructions unclear, knew that i can shoot in 4 directions should be mentioned

still, was nice to play,

Fun movement system, but I was a little confused on what to do and I didn't realize that i could shoot down :/ Good Job!

Great job. Loved the recoil mechanic - I really think there's potential for a 2D game that just utilises that movement (get rid of the basic arrow movement and create levels around the recoil).

Cool little game !
The gun recoil mechanic is always fun to implement an play :)

Little feedback :
The music is a bit loud , a good practice is to adjust your general volume by comparing it to another ouput (by playing music or a video for example) ^^

Good job ! (I found the easter egg ^^)

The recoil mechanic was awesome to play around with! Great work on this!

Thank you so much! I'm really happy with how it came out too.

This gave me old school platformer vibes and I’m a sucker for that. I loved that recoil mechanic you implemented serving as both a way to move around and break walls. Good use of the 4 colour pallete too. Great job!

Awesome movement physics i like the feel of it. The 4 color palette looks great too, fits the feel of the game super well. I wasnt sure how to break through the walls at first lol, it took me a sec to realize. Nice work bro
