How does your game implement the focus, Multi-Use?
Mechanics: There is only one action (other then movement). An atack in the form of a fireball that have to be used through the game in creative ways to solve the puzles. Coding: A single blueprint was created to handle almost everyting in the game. Every tile is a representation of a reuse of this blueprint. It handles the tipe of tile, the spawn of objects, the destruction of the objects and change of materials when the tile is hitted by a fireball and the sound.

Great visuals and I love the puzzle mechanics! Here's a link to my playthrough https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1595954872?t=01h07m40s
Over all really fun game! I like the tone of the game all dark and moody. Makes me think of Halloween which is my FAV. The only thing that got me was I was having difficulties determining where my fireball was going to land. Maybe it was just me but I found my self replaying levels just because I thought my fireball was landing somewhere else. Really good game though!
I agree, highlighting the target tile would improve the gameplay. Thanks for playing it and glad you liked it!
Cool game and mechanics. I enjoyed visuals and sfx too, even if i think performance could be improved. Also i would tweak controls a little to make it clearer in which direction the character will move.
Glad you liked it and thanks for the feedback!
pretty cool but would have really liked a graphics slider cause i was no joke running at 1 fps and after i shot fire it became more of a 1 frame per 3 seconds :/
Thanks for playing it Malek, next time I will go easier with the particle effects :D
The game graphics are just awesome, I like the main mechanic quite a lot too. I think that with some extra time and polish this could become a nice little game :)
Some Feedbacks:
BR Comment: Parabéns! :)
Unfortunately the particles completely obliterated the game performance... I used particles from Unreal starter set, in the next time I will create my on so I can balance it a little bit better.
I agree the character is a bit slow, for a game with timer it can get frustrating.
Highlighting the target tile is a good idea, specially for the jam as people want to go through it fast.
Thank you very much for the feedback!
The game is alright, but is a bit slow to play. just moving around needs me to wait a second or two in between button presses to do much and if I mess up, resetting takes about 15 seconds before the level starts again. The puzzles are good though, though a marker for the fireball at least at the start would be nice, but since it's consistent, at least you can memorize that. that being said, it also isn't told to you which ground is flammable and what will or won't spread flame.
Also there seems to be a bug sometimes where once you use a fireball, you are unable to move on flammable ground even if it isn't on fire.
Thank you very much for the valuable feedback. Given that the game requires you to restart the level several times the loading time is a serious problem. For the next one I will take some time to optimize the game for sure. Thanks for playing it!
After playing your game for a bit here's my thoughts on your amazing game!
well done you made a really good game but it kills my pc! :D
Really glad you liked it, thank you very much for the feedback :)
It's a shame the game doesn't run very well on my laptop, It does look visually interesting.
I'm very sad about that, definitively something I want to correct even if I will not continue developing the game. Thanks for trying it!
The game doesn't run very well, takes up a lot of space and the loading times are pretty bad, but the game itself is a pretty good puzzle game. The only two complaints about the game itself is that the character moves a little slow and I wish that there was some sort of marker to show you where your fireball will go.
I believe I have pushed too hard on the particle effects. I also agree about the character speed and the marker, definitively going to go back to it if I continue with the game. Thanks for the feedback Vulflock,
the puzzles took me a bit to figure out at first, but once i knew how the game worked, it became a lot more fun for me. a personal problem for me however is that when everything catches on fire, my computer isnt tough enough to handle it and my framerate drops. but that could just be me
Thank you very much for the feedback MactusCactus, is seems I have overdue the particle effects, at least I believe it was that😅
