Cool game, although I did get the same bug that everyone else seemed to.
Seems like that's a huge bummer for everyone. Thanks though!
nice game! prob would have been more stressful and fun with the timer ending when it reached 0 though (idk if that was a bug or smth)
Haha! It is a bug. I will surely fix that after the jam.
Nice game! Controls were really smooth and precise. Just one thing: i didn't really understand what the timer was supposed to do and stopped when it went really negative
Been having the same bug with everyone, sure to remove it after :D
Thanks for the feedback!
i had no idea what was going on, but it was an interesting game nonetheless
hahaha. Now that I look back, I didn't add any guidance. But thanks for playing!
bug if the time hits zero it keeps going into negitive
😅Sorry, didn't have time to debug. But thanks for playing!
Nice game!
Felt smooth and user friendly.
The only issue I had is I wasn't sure what was the goal, am I waiting for the time to get to 0 to collect many points, or somehow defeat the boss with the bullets? Once the timer reached a negative number I stopped because I wasn't sure what's the goal next. Regardless, it was fun!
Oops, yeah, same bug with everyone then. I'll be sure to remove it once the jam is over. Thanks!
This is a nice submission! I enjoyed playing it. The graphics were pleasant and clear and the game loop was easy to understand. The mechanics you implemented were done well and you have elements have a good game here. I think pulling it all together with a more clear cut goal and maybe increasing fall speed of the webs as time goes on would add a bit more of a challenge and tension. The pieces are definitely there and what you were able to implement was done well! Good work!
Thank you! The webs did get faster if you didn't notice every 20 seconds. Maybe it was too much?
There's a surprising amount of polish in this, and the controls feel good. It just needs some enemies or a goal of some sort. I like the pixel art and music. Nice work!
Thanks for your kind words! Polish? Um, I dunno about that since I made it over the weekend.
But thanks!
Great job :) the control and accuracy felt nice. I appreciated the generous hit boxes, especially at the faster speeds!
Thanks! Though as others have said, I didn't have enough time to debug it so the timer goes negative.
Minor bug :) easy fix!
I really like the game, great job!
Hope you enjoyed!
I liked the graphics
Thanks for playing!
Cute game! I love the player character. The animations are solid. Also love the music and SFX.
Is the upper right number a countdown timer? Because it's currently going into negative. I also think the game could be a bit more difficult across the board. Even the fastest was pretty easy.
Great job!
Thanks! I had only made this over the weekend so I couldn't playtest it much. Also the top right number is a countdown timer, I didn't have enough time to fix the bugs.
But thanks for playing!
