Looks promising. I could imagine this turning into a turn-based roguelike if you added more mechanics and enemy types.

I think the idea of a resource allocation game like this has a lot of promise if it could be explored in more detail with more mechanics that support skillful play.

Yeah it has really brought up some ideas of how it could be expanded.  I'd have love to have an actual enemy allocation mechanic besides random distribution, but I was trying to hit my 3 hours on the dot and not go over like the last time I did a TriJam.  :-)
