You have to hit the hole from below. And the theme is revealed as you place a ball in a hole and it is perfectly fit there as a good patch that closes the hole.

Lol, nice try. Pretty interesting idea. A little bit too much cars at start. 

Looks pretty interesting, but more fill is needed, also basic mobs could be stopped with one hit only maybe. Controls are hard, but game is visualy pleasing. Good job.

A little bit hard to use "saw" but the game is very polised. Great idea and perfect fit for the theme. I think a little bit easier controls and easier gameplay and it can be hit mobile game for a kids wanna be doctors.

A little bit hard to understand and ESCALATE works all the time I guess. Idea is super awesome, but hard to make it right and playable.

10/10 - really retro and super fun. I like that sometimes the bullets miss the target. These bushes are real the art.

Very cool. Somehow UIs are overlaping sometimes. But the game is awesome. I wish when I click a card it sticks to the mouse so it is easier to drag.
