The thing that stands out to me is the music. Really love it. The gameplay is simplistic which I really love as well. The only problem that I have is that you could infinitely trow rocks which makes the game super easy. Regardless of that,  Good Job!

I really digged the skating mechanic, you gave me a good feel for speed. Moving back and forth was fun. It’s a nice play on the theme as well! Maybe a bit too easy for me, and I wasn’t sure how to quit the game lol.

Developer

Thanks for the Feedback!! Yes there was supposed to be harder so I added an easy mode but because of time the easy mode just became "You don't have to play and still win mode". The only way you could quit is from the start menu, I forgot to do a pause menu and only realized after the jam.

I like the animation for the player ... good to see that bubble gum is still a thing in 2090  the pixel art looks cool, but the cop should have been a bit more difficult. I had to really slow down to get caught.

the music cool a when it starts off, got me grooving but does get repetitive the loop could be a little longer before it restarts

if  you listen closely  there might be the cure for cancer in its notes...

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!! During the time unity was building the WebGL version I had the Idea of making you have to go forward to get away from the cop. But anyways I appreciate the joke (about the music)

Haha, easy mode's too easy! I collected endless rocks and could spam it at full speed! The cops could never catch me!

With the actual difficulty, though (easy mode off), it was not much harder. It was simple to time the rocks without speeding up or slowing down, though in the end I did test out how it would be when the cop caught me, or I ran out of bells, haha.

The music is fine, not too catchy for me specifically, though I preferred to keep it on regardless (so I didn't use the turn off option in the settings)

The animations are dope fun though; player blowing gum, just not caring about his neighbours at all on his endless street; the officer buff and ready for an endless chase! xD

Nice game!

Thank you very much for the great feedback! I appreciate you saying that the music is fine, especially after someone in the last jam I took part in said "This music gave me cancer" XD

Pretty interesting and fun concept I have to admit as I have fun skating around this one. I have to agree with hsaka about the physics being wonky but I adapted quickly also great work on the background music as well as that bell sound effect by the way.  :D

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah the rock physics need revision!

I have to say I kinda like the idea of zipping around on a hoverboard in the 2090s (lol), altough I feel like the regular shaped houses dont fit with the time the game is supposedly set in. The controls are simple and the goal is even simpler, (throw rocks(or stones(or pebbles))) at christmas bells.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!! I didn't think about the houses' design and to be honest the 2090s thing was made up last minute, but I will take this into consideration for the future!

Very interesting concept; I had a lot of fun just skating around in this one. The physics for the rocks seem a little wonky at times especially when moving backwards but I adapted quickly.

Developer

Thank you for the Feedback!! Will consider this when updating the game :)
