I have just added my submission, if anyone wants to play test it for me it would be much appreciated

I think the spinning mechanic in this is unique, just missing some direction

Thank you. When you say missing some direction, do you mean it was hard to figure out where to go and what to do?

I really like your interpretation of the theme, very cool concept. Everything worked and I found no obvious bugs so all in all very nice

Thank you for the feedback, anything you struggled with overall?

Of course! I can't honestly think of anything in particular that gave me trouble. If I were to give some overall feedback, maybe adding a little walking animation for your character might be nice to see. But definitely a job well done!

Nice music, fitting art style! The monster actually was a bit scary :)

Hey Zacmac!

I managed to escape!  Nice subversion of the trope of fighting a big scary monster.

One thing I think your game got right was you put the rooms in the correct order, your first spin you see the door, then you get a clue about the key/monster - the whole game flows really well.  Like a very small-scale Zelda temple.

No major bugs or issues to report.  The only small nitpick is it took me a minute to figure out I had to go back to spin more, but I think that was more a skill issue on my part than the game.

Good job getting a game finished for the jam!

Thank you for the feedback!! I went back and forth on how I wanted to structure the rooms  a lot. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the game flow.
