As much as I love the simplicity of Mörk Borg, I love the complexity of the Planar Ice Field. This is very cold and the soulfire exchange is immensely heavy, I really like that. The cosmic horror behind it all is a brilliant touch as well. Very nice, I look forward to subjecting the players to this.

I can't wait to see how your players deal with the Planar Ice Fields and the temptations of the Cold Star.

What a great adventure! The cosmic threat is making the adventure a lovecraftesque one. There's so much thought in themes of ice and coldness and the ice field is such a great idea. Love the possibility to spend soulfire at the end and the high risk of having your soul consumed!

Thanks! I think you touched on all of the themes I was trying to convey.

Wow, I will think twice before entering an icy, mist-filled crater! I love the atmospheric descriptions.  The appearance of the Cold Star is wondrous and a little chilling at the same time.

Thanks, I'm glad I was able to convey the tone I was going for in such a small space.

Great design, definitely going to kill us all. Really unique…enemies? I like it, and would love to incorporate some of it into my campaign.

If you do, I'd love to hear how it goes!

I really like it. It's so elegant and cohesive, while having a lot of content that might be used in various ways. Very strong entry!

I really like the choice of just making this about one place. Simple, focused and tightly written.

Thank you! Historically, I am very bad about allowing my ideas to sprawl and tend to write one-shot that last 3-5 sessions. So here I decided to think of the whole thing as more of an encounter with a hook and a goal. The tightness is definitely the result of extensive editing and tightening of the language. I appreciate the feedback!
