Cool submission! I really like the intro, and the animations of the enemies are very good. I sometimes got stuck in the pipes.

Loved the intro story and the gameplay was pretty fun, but I would end up getting stuck on the pipes a lot. Tilemaps in Unity actually have a fix for this. You have to make the tilemap collider use a composite collider and the getting stuck on tiles goes away. I figured this out after hours of searching while working on a non-game jam project a while back. Great game!

Very silly premise, I love it. I adore the main character, its animations are fantastic.

Some of the platforming felt really sticky, as if there were invisible blocks in the way, but largely it worked well, and I enjoyed blasting the slugs.

My plant is now free.

This was cool!  I really like the idea of a plant that needs to fight.  It creates some interesting mechanics like how attacks might work or how you can heal (being under a lamp in this case).  The platforming could use some work, but for a weekend jam game I think it was well done.  Nice job!

Awesome intro story, exactly my kind of humor! :D Great graphics, too, I love how stylized yet realistic everything looks (the slugs honestly creep me out a little lol).  I kept getting stuck on corners but other than that, I had a lot of fun playing. Great job!

Nice graphics and animations but camera movement is pretty annoying (when changing directions or jumping it goes too high and you can't see the ground). The beginning story is very cool tho

Nice backstory, made me giggle a few times. The platform is a bit rough. It’s difficult to tell what is solid and what is not especially with the pipes. Managed to escape just by running right and jumping over the fire ants (nice)

Solid platformer. The weapon and enemy variety was nice, though I kept getting caught on corners and edges when moving around. The main plant animation and jump animation are particularly nice
