I love this game! The mysteries really intriguing, I love how you use scattered information and tailor it to whatever the choice the player made to explain the mystery. All endings are very cohesive and make sense, I can't choose which one I like the most. I love the characters, they're cute, and the UI look nice. The music is good too, it fits the atmosphere of the game perfectly. Great job!

Thank you so much for playing! <3

A super fun supernatural-murder-mystery game! It really had me questioning whether it was the cause of humans or something more sinister and supernatural, so I was seriously doubting everyone, and when the truth came out I was honestly surprised! The pixel art is absolutely gorgeous (reporter Seal design is my favourite oh my GOD SO CUTE), and the characters are charming, especially audio guy! The music also added so much to the mood its so so goood!

Amazing work! ⸜( *ˊᵕˋ* )⸝

I've had this game on my radar ever since I saw the development screenies you shared on the server; and I loved every moments of this!

The BGM/SFX really added to the whole atmosphere, and I looove the pixel aesthetics <3 The UI is so clean and the backgrounds are gorgeous. I'm actually torn which ending I like the best, I think they're all charming on their own... Oh, also I had no idea about CRT filter before this and I think it's neat that you gave an option to turn it on/off; I decided to keep it on since I think it's cool :D

The characters are all v memorable, even the no-sprite callers. Though, I think Audio Guy is my fav character she's so silly hehe. Thanks for sharing!

Fun game! I loved your UI layout and how the story unfolded! I also loved the character sprites, they were really nicely done. I did notice that I was given the stat change information when I put someone on the radio. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be there or not?

Developer

Thank uuuu! Yes, those stats were originally debug text to help me keep track of the point system in charge of determining the endings. I've decided to leave it there, maybe it could help to show exactly how things work, it only shows up after your first playthrough.

A very atmospheric game you've got. The sound effect support the dark theme a lot and makes it more spooky. Love the art style the overall look and feel match perfectly together. The game is very long and has a lot of choices. I love the idea of the broadcasting. You captured the Halloween theme very well. Was nice to play <3 Great project!

Thank you so much for your comment! Getting the right atmosphere was my priority so your comment made me very happy!

Damn, this was SUPER good. I'm obsessed with the resolution you made your game at... the tiny little window accounting for all of the pixel art assets really adds to the 90s feeling of the game (special shoutout to the little typed window the Audio Guy has for her messages - it's a neat touch.)

And watching the case unfold was really interesting too: I got ending A - but I'd love to go back and see the more supernatural takes on the series of murders in the game. The way you built tension in the beginning and the end was fantastic: the repeated violin motif genuinely gave me chills.

The writing was great as well: character dynamics felt natural, and I love the little occult references throughout each chapter. It kept me hooked throughout the entire story.

Thanks for making this title - and I look forward to whatever you all make next!

I can't resist a good mystery with casualties racking up and stakes ramping up, and this VN certainly satiates my appetite for that! I enjoy the creepy moments and the impending sense of doom, which the in-game clocks serve to highlight.

The characters are adorable and full of personality. I enjoy the way the choices allow the player to explore and examine, then reflect and speculate based on all the information collected.

The pixelated art style of the sprites and the backgrounds, retro aesthetic and interface, CRT filter, and soundtrack and sound design all contribute to a moody, atmospheric, and nostalgic experience overall.

Thank you to the team for creating such an amazing game! I definitely want to replay it a few more times to unlock more endings.

Very cool mood! The backgrounds, music, sprites, and UI all blend together well with the story and subject matter.

I really like all the occult and in-game lore there is to digest here. I'm quite interested by the Horse of Satan saga, sounds like it'd have bad sequels. Audio guy (or girl?) was my favorite character. It seemed appropriate that the characters remain nameless, especially audio guy. I hope he or she is still okay.

I don't have many negative criticism. The killer's motivations seemed a little haphazard, which I guess makes sense though, and I felt like a certain expert character should have known better. All in all, this felt like a genuine Friday night 90s horror flick and was well executed all around. Nice work!

Developer

Thank you so much for your comment, especially the criticism! I feel like that type of killer would have worked well in a (low-budget) 90s movie but for visual novels you need something more, I agree! As for Audio Guy, the gender is ambigous on purpose lol, and she's is probably still okay thanks to her tinkering with the occult! If you want more Audio Guy check my previous game Shared Visions
