Hi, I love your game. I also made a game for the game jam, but due to unforeseen circumstances and the lack of a clear tutorial, I didn't know how to set up an online leaderboard like yours. I followed several tutorials on YouTube that used an external itch.io page called Leaderboard Creator, but in all of them, the table didn't update correctly and the records were overwritten (I don't know if it's a Unity bug, I'm using version 6000.0.49). I'd like to know how you added the online leaderboard and if you can help me with mine :). Thanks.
I used silentwolf, which is a godot only addon, so it wouldn’t work for you, but there’s a ton that work for unity. I heard Playfab works well, but don’t quote me on that because I don’t use Unity. I think doing it through Unity would probably be easier than doing it through itch. Hope this helps!

Amazing game! The vibes are immaculate. Loved the faux checkpoint as well 😂
I was not ready for the paper plane flying game's soundtrack to go this hard, so even though I took my sweet time finishing this, I don't mind. I got to jam out. I do think the death animation could be sped up a bit though, and have the timer stop while we're waiting to die as well. Oh also, I'm not sure if I wasn't doing it right, but doing loops always felt like it wasn't helping my speed at all. And they were super risky to pull off, so I think maybe a buff to that would be warranted.
The aesthetic for this game is so good.

As some feedback, I think it could use a few more visual effects, just to break up the visual monotony a bit.

This game is absolutely incredible! I really enjoyed it. I've actually got a good bit of feedback I'd like to offer.
Having the transitions sped up a bit would be nice; I spent a lot of time just waiting between deaths, which for a speedrun type game, isn't the best, and feels clunky.
I'd love to see the effects of the momentum a bit stronger, so you're really encouraged to swoop and gain/maintain momentum.
Having mouse control would be a lot of fun and would feel really satisfying, and for keyboard controls, I'd like of like to see an option to invert them; W for pitch forward and S for pitch back feels more intuitive to me, personally.
The leaderboard didn't seem to work for me? Not sure.
Overall, absolute banger of a game! Visual style was really unique and consistent, the whole mail theme for everything was really cool, I really liked how the name for the score submission was a "sign here" form, really cute!
The music goes hard AF, doesn't get tiring on the ears, love the sound design, overall, this is an absolute 10/10 game! Would really love to see this get expanded after the jam, it's a lot of fun to play!
Thanks so much! Your game is amazing too! I will definitely keep your feedback in mind for a post-jam patch. I used SilentWolf for the leaderboard, so sometimes if it doesn't load reloading the game usually fixes that. I did also realize I forgot to put where your position on the leaderboard is if you weren't in the top 10, if that's what you're referring to. Thanks for all the feedback!
