I like the graphics, the story, and the custom sprites that you've created for the game. The cards you use to battle enemies are great, but the combat system is mostly trial-and-error. I recommend that after the game jam is over, you put a tutorial system so that player understand what each of the spells work.

Oh, and one more thing. Be sure to put "gdevelop" in the game tags so that the GDevelop staff knows how many people made their games with GDevelop for this game jam.

Enjoyed that, nice artstyle, the card battle system is a great idea. A tutorial of some kind and a save system would be nice though.

Like the idea behind the card game, but would be nice to have a tutorial as to what the cards/talismans are.

The idea behind being able combine them also has a lot of potential.

Rooms poping into sight when entering them was a cool effect.

The art is nice but it's very hit and trial based, needs a tutorial or at least a how to play option.

Really creative, good stuff!

I liked the premise of the cards, and combining them for different abilities! I see the potential and how you were trying to utilize it, but some feedback on what they did woul be nice.

Good submission!

I get the idea of skills that you need to explore but I think you should show how they impact on enemy to the player. I tried to fight skeleton and I couldnt understand a thing. Am I deal damage? Am I heal it? Did I do anything? How many HP left? and etc

The game was nice. Loved the fog of war effect in the rooms. The combat system was nice except didn't understand what I needed to do and half the time they would deal more damage then a heal so I would just spam cards and hope not to die. Lovely game however.

Loved the mix of combat and rougelike, the map visibility is very creative, liked that. Maybe with a bit more time the combat mechanics could be balanced better. Nice submit, GG!

Thanks ^^ Yeah I would have liked to have spent a little more time, was a little too ambitious in planning the mechanics out, and then in the time I had to implement them I had to dial them back a lot.

casual jam problems O_o, anyway it's a really good submition!

The combat system regarding the skills is not clear.  When do I use which skill for what monster ? Indications on type / effectiveness would increase the strategy.  Music and art are ok.

Thanks for the feedback, yeah I unfortunatly ran out of time to implement it well, the idea was for the player to sort of figure it out by testing different cards, and combos to see what they do, the original idea being that the protag didn't know what they did kinda thing, but yeah, I really needed to communicate that better
