Artstyle is truly beautiful (description doesn't lie) and sounds are good. As for gameplay, since it reminds me of Slay the Spire I want to compare them but on the other hand that's really different games. Nonetheless, I can say that gameplay lacks some deep: there are only 3 options and there is no variety of different tactics for the playthrough which bad for rogue-likes. (I'm not rogue-like expert so I maybe wrong)

That game would be give a lot more fun  with sound. You need to add at least sound when player shoot. Also I would recommend to indicate when enemy is hurt bc, as for me, I didn't understand when I hit it and thought that there is something with collisions.

I think map's size is ok for now but as an Ultrakill player I prefer having walls :D

Yeah, power ups are cool

Yeah, that's bug that I know about but don't really know how to fix it. You need to set the game to fullscreen. The thing is game built for fullhd screen and Unity's Canvas scales with screen's size. For some reason it just changes position of elements but don't scale them with Canvas

The funny thing is you guessed right. This is "an interactive art experiment". The original idea was to create colorful world with weird vibes and only then I tried to build a game around it

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, this game lacks content, I wanted make more for this gamejam but couldnt implement my ideas(

But anyway I was focused on visual style and I'm glad that it looks good

I see you put a lot effor in it and I appreciate it. Using your spear as travelling instrument is a neat idea though it's a little unusual (since most metroidvanias allow you to do melee combat).

As for critics: animations are a bit clumsy. In battles I feel lack of sharpness in movements.

Yeah, I just didn't understand it

It's very scary but it would pretty nice if there was instruction how to play

I like how you work with camera

Thank's for the comment. I didn't plan to continue working on this game. Yeah, it's definitely can't be considered as "finished" but don't see the reason to do that.

But I got experience and already work on the plot for the next game that (as I think) will be a bit better 'cause  I learned a lot from this jam.

Good visuals but jumpscares aren't so scary. I think you should make the player feel more uncomfortable before screamer with sfx or so. But when in the end you need to run to the exit it is good

Have to admit, I got scared and killed so many times I thought this game was impossible. Thanks for helping in playthrough. I liked the fact that I can shoot monsters and play reload animation even with full ammo

Oh, yeah, that happens. I tried to make this puzzle more interesting than it can and made too complex. Funny thing is as I noticed most of the players enters wrong digital password in the second puzzle but somehow they pass (seems like no one can come up with the original one 😔)

sorry, i'm not native english speaker, I meant that this game was nice to play like good mobile game where you play and don't notice how much time has passed

hm, ok, anyway it's overall pretty sticky

It's okay. When skeleton just silently run towards from the darkness it's very scary

Game feels as not a game but as test build for educational purposes. I don't want to offend or anythin I'm just saying so sorry if i'm too harsh

Idk if this is me but the controls are pretty lagging

I think this is game has good gameplay and spooky atmosphere. I would watch Markipliers video where he play this game and get jumpscared by the skeleton running from the dark (i got it)

The idea of making interactive legend (or fable idk how to name it correctly) is interesting, The narrator gives some atmosphere but screamers aren't very good. I think before screamer you need to create special atmosphere or something. It's hard to say how to do it properly since i'm not a horror developer, too. But the game is still pretty

Yeah, I made them too hard thinking that it would be more interesting than just seeking for digits

Well, that is one of the best game of this jam. Cant believe that you made it in a week. I also liked the humour and voice acting

After about 30 of games that I rated I needed this chilling experience. The game is pretty uncanny in a good way and art is nice

Don't think about that too much, the game still pretty playble and I enjoyed it

That's very interesting game with interesting style but I can't understand what to do (im a bit dumb) so I would watch gameplay video with pleasure. This world needs more insane topdowns like that

I find this idea pretty interesting, nice

The art is very very cute, i like it

the game a bit freezes when it loads next level but overall it's pretty stable. Steadily ~30 fps or so

well, i somehow messed up and didn't managed to find how to do that. I walked in the machinist's cabin and in my carrige and didn't find anything

I feel like this game inspired by (i forgot game's name). Well, that game where you're in a submarine and do stuff in a deep deep sea

I dont say that it's critical problem, just pointed out, so don't think about that much (well, if you want)

maybe that's my old laptop, I can't tell you exactly what's my config but it's ssd + 24gb + gtx 1050

I wasn't very frightened by that game. Somehow I managed to dodge all screamers but then when I found 3 items I couldn't understand what to do next, returned to the train and still nothing. Sorry, I'm a bit dumb, I suppose I should go further on rails?

Wow, that's pretty creative game. The fact that we go to home with the elevator from office pretty funny (or not). But idk if this is just me but exe launches very long idk why

Great. It's strange that this game rated only by 1 person (it's also strange that builds for mac and linux are twice bigger but may be not and that's me who simply don't know how godot make builds)

That's pretty odd game game. That's good horror but what's for me I'm not very much enjoyng the controls

Great visuals and sounds!

This game inspired by "The house", isn't it? Maybe I've miswritten name, I don't remember for sure tbh. At first I didn't understand this game but later when spooks start to happen I was scared as hell! Nice work. I would add some interactions or a little upgraded movement but I understand that this game was made in a week or so

Idk what in this game make my laptop show 5 fps, that's not the 1st game with vhs effect that is lagging so i suppose it's enginge? Anyway the atmosphere very spooky and I pooped myself on the spider
