Some thoughts:
-Bug squashing simulator (don't step on them, it's bad Karma)
-Main character style is unique and stands out. Like others have said, this feels like a very complete game
-Great use of Chromatic Abberation. It works really well to add a touch of color to an otherwise monochromatic game
-Almost feels like a stealth platformer.
-Triangles. Such a simple shape, but they do make for a great background.

Thanks for sharing, had a blast playing. Will come back to try and top my score soon. Only got to around 500...

Thanks for your feedback! We decided to keep everything simple hence the background triangles and such. We only focused on the core features and kept refining it until it felt like a complete game (which it did thankfully), although there should definitively more content added in the future. Thanks for playing and hope you managed to beat your 500 high score (getting 500 used to be impossible in first version)

also Bug squashing simulator sounds exactly like my last few hours of the jam so does rebuilding the game 3 times because you keep forgetting to do one small change.

Pros: This is the most polished game I've played so far. It feels like a finished mobile game which is very impressive for a 3 day jam. The gameplay is great, the aesthetics are great, the sound is decent and it fits fairly well with the theme. With a bit more content, I could see myself playing this for hours.

Cons: As I said, it could do with a bit more content, some more enemy types,  some more interesting layouts, maybe some more skill mechanics as MechaKondor said. Apart from that, I don't know what else to say. It's a really well-made, solid game.

Thanks for your comment! You're right that this game could use a bit more content.  We wanted to add a more types of enemies like ones that give you health on kill (but messes you up more), platform types like spikes or more obstacles, and more input types like crouch or drop stomping. But we decided we were over scoping this game with the time we have available and decided to reduce it to the core features and keep refining it.

Will update the game after the jam competition ends and if I have some free time, thanks for playing!

TERRAPLANISTS WANTS TO KNOW YOUR LOCATION

Developer

Yeah sorry about that. Your highscore was reset because I updated the game yesterday. Just realised that data saved with PlayerPrefs don't persist between updates, should've used another saving method :P

Also my location: Centre of antarctica, good luck to them finding me with their map

The browser version is only pitch black for me, i can hear music thought. Additionally i am not running windows to play the download version. Looks great, thought. Good luck! (:

Developer

That's terrible, may I know the browser or operating system you're using, so we could try to get a build for that?

Alright. Added the zip to the game page, hope it works! *fingers crossed*Spoiler alert but I have 0 experience for building for Linux (I literally downloaded the Linux build support module for Unity and hoped for the best).

Wish there would be more mechanics that increases the skill ceiling, for example holding down to fall faster instead of relying solely on gravity. Also, I get bounced by projectiles and chained into an unescapable reaction event and die immediately. How about enabling me to get out of that situation with a single jump after getting hit?

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! We'll try to add more mechanics for more skilled play like your single jump after getting hit suggestion before this jam ends. Although we need to do some internal play testing first.
