Pretty good game!
Especially liked the graphics and the detailed tutorial available, but the music eventually starts to get a bit annoying with its one riff.

Pretty good game!
Especially liked the graphics and the detailed tutorial available, but the music eventually starts to get a bit annoying with its one riff.
Liked the visuals a lot but the actual gameplay Felt a little bit awkard.Nonetheless, great job!
Thanks for this submission
Nice visuals but sluggish movement, which is critical for such game mechanics.
Hope to see this project in future from you
I really like this game, from the visuals to the gameplay, the sound is very good too.
Pretty cool game!
Definitely its strongest aspect is the aesthetic. Everything feels pretty consistent, tasteful, and deliberate. There's tons of visual feedback and clarity for the player, very well done!
In terms of sound, I would've liked some more variation in the music. It gets a bit repetitive after a while! But otherwise, the sound effects are good and provide clear feedback while feeding into the aesthetic of the game.
Gameplaywise, I liked that the difficulty seemed to increase as time went on. The only thing I'd say is that it was a bit unclear to me how exactly the jump worked, because sometimes it left me feeling like I jumped to somewhere I didn't want to jump. Maybe that's a me thing, but I didn't quite figure it out!
Overall, great game. Congratulations, keep up the good work!
Wow the tutorial and the game play are amazing. Very good job. Reminds me of the opening stage of spore / agar.io. Great game.
Very clean-looking game with crisp visuals and clear player-feedback.
I'm guessing this is supposed to go along with music, but you ran out of time or ran into a bug. In that case, I bet would've been super cool!
I don't really have much to say about the gameplay, other than there isn't much chance to swap your mutation during the game. If there was a way to switch between colors easier, it would make the game more interactive.
This is a really visually exciting and vibrant game full of chaos, yet is forgiving enough not to make you lose too quickly. At first it takes a moment to figure out which shape you control, because everything is moving and the player is the same shape as other objects in the playing field. But then you realize the circle is following the cursor, and can jump over bullets and onto the powerup shapes. While the powerups are satisfying to unlock, the effects are not immediately apparent, and dodging threats is usually the best strategy rather than taking advantage of the immunity. While it's fun and engaging, the slower player speed does start to feel a bit too slow after a while, at the same time the short music loops begin to feel repetitive and calls the end of the game. Really cool game idea with lots of different objects and patterns to dodge. I would have been able to play longer if the music was just the bass. Love the colors and nice clean aesthetic! Nice work
Thank you for playing! The Music was supposed to be dynamic with the power ups but the HTML export had a problem so I had to use that song in a loop but we do have that same song with only Bass XD! Next time I'll prioritize bass over guitar! Also, did you know that the right click button is a dash? I do think the pacing is a bit to slow, so I'm speeding up the game a bit!
fun game! I actually liked the speed since you can use the dash pretty consistently, and you have to time jumps well to dodge attacks. I thought the music was good but gets a bit repetitive once you're 2+ minutes in
I like everything that was done the only thing that i think its missing though is that everything feels like it moves super slowly. This exact same game with nothing changed except with everything moving 50% faster would've been super addicting. The graphics are beautiful, movement super smooth, audio super pleasant, the only thing is that everything should've been faster. Although I do feel like that was what was intended with the description saying that it was "fast paced" so it might be a weird export problem or a problem on my computer but whatever the reason that's the only thing that's missing. Everything else is absolutely fabulous.
I get what you mean! It does start slow, It gets a bit hectic after 3 minutes though! I was aiming to have players play up to 5 minutes so I scaled the difficulty so that everybody gets to 4 minutes! But maybe that's a bit too slow and should aim for players to spend 2-3 minutes! Thank you for the feedback!
