Amazing, thanks for the playthrough and the awesome comments and compliments - sooo many things that we wanted to implement before the uh, deadline got us for real - like more instructional text and visuals showing what you should be doing plus submitting the game at the end...alas, so we learn and have fun!

Totally understand! You guys did a great job!

Really cool transition into the game from the main menu and the overall art style is great. Some of the items were a bit confusing as to whether they were obstacles or positive pickups. Additional highlighting or using a certain color could help.

Some of the controls felt a bit wonky on my system, like there was a big discrepancy in the speed in the X and Y directions, but not sure whether that was just happening to my experience.

The art style is great and the game hit the theme well too!

This was cool,
Had that I.T. crowd pixel art aesthetic B)
NICE!
I can imagine this developing into a nice simple mobile game (leaning that left-right type of input).

One of those games that you can just keep adding content too endlessly :) Thats a cool place to be

Well that was fun! Loved the play on coffee and YouTube. Not quite sure what I should have been avoiding or picking up, but with some more clarity it would make for a very fun minigame.

The overall art style is great and the game feels very nice to play.

Overall, good job : D !

This was a great game! I absolutely love the idea of drinking coffee and watching youtube tutorials 😁.

Neat game!

I couldn't tell if some of the things were bonuses or negatives, so more colour/shape to identify which is which would be good.

Otherwise a cool idea.

I can only give it 1.333* circuits out of a full coffee for the theme.

Well executed simple little game. I didn't realise until I was enveloped in black muck that you actually have to break through the writers block, which makes a lot of sense - very clever! I got to Also, your circuitry pattern is very satisfying to look at!

A very fun little game with some really good music!

Love this pixel style and music, controls are satisfying as well! A slower start would help the player read and identify what obstacles are what more easily :)

Great game! It was really nice to see someone using Godot, I've been meaning to give it a shot. Loved the music and the art style. "Press any key (spacebar please)" is an amazing one liner, I'm stealing it for sure.

The game was a little broken, but it had a lot of charm. I drew someone taking coffee, youtube tutorials, and bright ideas, and turning them into a game!

Thanks! A little broken yeah... I guess "the deadline" got to me there, but I still think Godot is an amazing engine, especially for 2D. There is also Godot 4 now so that's something to look out for.
