I liked to idea of this game and hope you continue with it. My only gripe was how long the pages were. It's a lot of back tracking if you miss something.

Developer

Thank you! It's a done and complete game but you never know what you'll revisit. The maze being that way is intentional, but I totally get if it felt frustrating or anything!

This narrative was completly awesome. Minimalism and a big message make a great composition indeed ^^

Developer

Thank you so much! It makes me happy to hear this

This was beautiful, and all the little touches you added helped make it super impactful. The whole experience felt complete. The music changing as you add little sphere friends, the disappearing particle effect on your character, even how your character is reminiscent of an atom with spinning electrons and the talk of energy in the text. The music and the color scheme both really work with this game overall as well. Oh, and the core mechanic! It was so seamless and intuitive. You start off as a circle next to a thing that has a circle shape, so what do you do? Obvious :D

I really appreciated the narrative, especially how asking for help doesn't mean you're not strong. This was a concept I was wrestling with a bit for our game as well. Like, am I saying these disconnected monster parts aren't strong by themselves? The way you used this narrative was the perfect length with what you were trying to accomplish.

The only thing that took me out of the experience a bit was the fact you essentially speed up when travelling on a diagonal -- super simple movement code fix, though :)

Thank you for making this and sharing <3

Ahhh this is such a good and detailed comment thank you so much! It really means a lot to me that you noticed and liked all of these parts of my game!

Haha the diagonal speed thing hadn't ever registered to me, even when I was using it while testing the game. It's funny how that happens.

Thank you again for commenting <3
