Creepy game. I included it in my PowerPoint Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Great to be part of your video! I really enjoy watching them. I see that the fonts are a bit off but good that it didn't bother you too much.

Bil's story doesn't throw you into gloomy realms filled with wandering souls nor creepy mansions where hoards of zombies are meandering menacingly, no, it offers the horror value
in a much sublte way.

Just few pen strokes do convey shaky child's hand, scribbling sketchy characters and naive thoughts. This game more reminds of spooky story you can listen to if hide in the bed at first-graders party, with flashlight under the blanket, boo!

Well, I caught most scary moment when suddenly my LAV Audio Codec icon popped out few slides before the sound(you know it's always scary knowing about horror beforehand and waiting for it). For that-one-image-in-the-whole-game-which-has-color, it's rather...unsetting, huh. I guess it should be, anyway.

Something: unsetting vibes, "children horror", Best Mom Award 2019

Nothing: player's choice really doesn't matter, not even a little(but that has some charm too, inevitability), text loading is a bit chucky

The story is good, but I do wish there were more gameplay designs. All I did was click somewhere on the screen, I don't need to click on the arrow to continue the story. I wish there could be more sound effects in the game because the jumpscare part was not so effective for me. And maybe fewer slides with only one character.

Adding more animations can make it better too, such as making characters look like they were sketched by a marker at the same time they were mentioned in the story.

This game has the lack of gameplay. Please add more choices.

P. S.  Thanks for the jumpscare. I will not sleep whole night.

This game has more of a story feel than a game, but overall, I think the design is good.

Ok so basically i dont know how i got into downloading this game, i personally dont like horror games.

But now that im here i'll review it.

Ok so the story was simple, yet effective, i would love to hear music ingame, for extra atmosphere.

The jumpscare part was kinda a cliche, you could have made me not sleep for a week without using the jumpscare, still, horror is hard to make and i understand why you used a jumpscare.

I liked the jumpscare audio. This was not a game and was more of an interactive story.

Audio 7/10 - would love to see how it works with music.

Graphics 8/10 - They are like the story, simple but effective. The graphics look like they where made by emily

Atmosphere 8/10 - Both the drawings , the spelling  and the story seem to be made by the main character. And the story is innocent enough to be something that the protagonist is telling, but dark enough to be scary.

Story 6/10 - i mean, the story is simple, like a tale. But it has a good twist where its actually a horror story.

Overall score 7,25/10 Congratulations!

Okay. This is super simple yet super effective. I love the child like drawings complimented with the child like dialogue, it really brings out the innocence of the story and the character and offers a depth to the story that otherwise probably wouldn't be present.

The horror element is just a cheap jump scare but tbh i'm not mad, definitely inspiration from the scary maze game even though it wasn't a maze.

I would just make it a bit more user friendly by stopping the player from having to click to keep progressing the dialogue as it is quite a bit of effort to do so when you aren't getting much out of it in terms of gameplay. So just set the slides on a timer so it moves on once the dialogue is over. This isn't so much of a game as it is a children's book story.

Simple yet effective visuals that compliment the story and character.

Good use of audio in the jump scare.

Simple yet powerful story.

Just make the transitions less "Spam click to get to the next dialogue" and make it so the slide changes after a timer until you have the multiple choice paths. :)
