Description
Genre is some kind of Electronic Rock, mostly synths but with an acoustic drumset for the beat.

The two tracks represent day and night. A more detailed description is in the project.

I'm working with Bitwig Studio 4. Many of the instruments are Kontakt instruments by Native Instruments and Output. I'm using iZotope Neutron and Ozone to mix and master my tracks.

I used identical instruments to give both tracks a similar vibe but used different time signatures and scales.

Message from the artist:
Two tracks for a day/night-cycle type game. Ideally those tracks would be changing slightly as the week progresses.

Theme

Panspermia (Πανσπερμία)
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
Hard to explain, I tried to put the emotions of a vast space into the tracks. The use of reverb and delays is meant to convey a feeling of the sound drifting into space. While the song are in minor I added more upbeat drums to give it a travelling kind of feel.

Nice background tracks for a game, the music is interesting and atmospheric but not distracting (ignoring that panning you've already said was a mistake). I most enjoyed the second half of the day track with that injection of energy at 2 minutes

Good tracks! Well produced. I didn't get the real purpose of the auto pan all over the night track. Gets annoying and distracting after a while. Especially for a game. The music is good, doesn't need that.

As I already wrote to another commenter the autopan is a mistake. I had it on an FX track and must have accidentally moved it to the master right before exporting. I will fix that when I find the time.

Really cool rockish tracks! I like how Day and Night variation of theme complements each other. Good job.

These are both great tracks. Very natural drums for midi. Nice work!

Beautiful song. I love it.

I really liked your use of arpeggiation in both tracks, and the drum fills especially were really cool in the day track! Very nice!

just unfortunate about the panning, but mistakes happen :)

The overall feel of the tracks felt cohesive as you used similar instruments. The strings part in particular was nice. I felt that the hard panning on the night track was a bit disturbing.

Thanks for your comment. The hard panning was a mistake that must have happened during export. I thought that LFO was switched off. XD
