Description
"Search for Life" is a cinematic soundtrack.
This 3 minute and 4 second track is composed for the title sequence of a space adventure game that sees our adventurers leaving earth and heading out into the galaxy in search for life in the universe.
Written and Produced by Jim McMillan. My track was created in Logic Pro X using several of the East West sample libraries, including Hollywood Choirs and Hollywood Strings, and also featuring Heavyocity's Massive.
Message from the artist:
You are about to embark on a heroic mission. Leaving Earth and the Solar System into the farthest reaches of the Milky Way Galaxy to explore and search for life.
For your enjoyment, this track is written to accompany that opening scene.

How does it fit the theme?
I envisioned this track as the title sequence to this concept game where the players are embarking on a far reaching mission to explore the Milky Way Galaxy in search of new life. This track was written to accompany the opening scene of the game / mission where the players blast off from Earth to begin their mission.

I really liked the track. In particular, I found that the main synth has an almost "formant-like" quality to it, so in the beginning it's hinting to the choir that will come next. Very nice work!
