I really love the custom artwork. the voice of this story is very unique and works well with the point of view. I recognized some of the names from Tardom's desert adventure. I'm glad they will get their comeuppance.

Interesting narrative, which could have been improved by fleshing out some of the details as I felt they were sacrificed to get to the consequence element. 

Your writing- quality and clearity- is good but I think you spent a few more words on physical descriptions than the story's idea needed. Would've loved to see more
