Good idea and graphics, but I didn't understand what the colored balls were for. Also, the game became monotonous after 150 points, you could have added some new twist to the mechanics!!! :D

You beared with it to 150 points!? It was never intended to last that long lol! Yeah, i had a lot more plans like other enemy types and boss fights but that was too much for me to do in the time period. Thanks for the suggestions though. I didn’t have time for in-game instructions so the colored balls are mentioned on the game page instead. Sorry about that.

I was clicking so fast my bullets were coming out like a hose, that's why it took just a little to reach that amount hahahah

Really minimal graphics, cool concept and great sound! The only issue was not knowing what powerup I got and the speed of the bullets! (too slow in my opinion) But in the end, really cool game! You did a great job, keep up the good work!

I was going for short gameplay since the game is lacking other mobs or bosses, or just anything exciting at all. So between frustrating + short or easy + boring, i chose the former and made the bullets start slow. Thanks for the feedback though!

Edit: I added the powerup effects in the game description. I know it should say in-game somewhere, but i didn’t have time for that.

Great Idea for the game. I liked the music and controls of the game. I few points I believe you can add in future:

  1. Smoothness to shooting.
  2. Telling us what color pickup is for what power.

Overall really liked the game!!

I agree. My list of improvements is much longer than that though. I just didn’t have the time to do them. I’ll add the powerup colors in the description, but in-game instructions would have been better.

Yo! Nice game, I personally wish I could shoot at as fast I wanted, because those white boxes fill up the place pretty quickly. But cool game!

There are powerups that can drop that decrease reload time and increase bullet speed.

Kind of like with your game though, i just didn’t have enough time to do what i wanted and polish things up. Thanks for the comment!

The only thing I would change is the music volume, but everything else was very good, and also kind of difficult! It was like a challenge to play, nice game overall

Ideally i would have had time to add a volume control instead of a brute-force mute all button. Thanks for the feedback, i’ll take a look at your game as soon as i can.

Was fun... while I lasted!  I get over run pretty quickly, but it is a fun challenge that I enjoyed, and will probably come back to from time to time just to kill a few minutes.
