Excellent concept. I don't have much input to add that's different from what's been said already (except that the UI gets cut off unless you're in fullscreen - might want to look into scaling), but I want to say good job with the art and writing, and I hope to see this one polished down the road. Keep it up!

This is a really great concept. I liked the storytelling but sometimes it was a little distracting trying to read the dialogue and hunt for stickers at the same time. I also wasn't sure if the story changed based on what stickers I put down--sometimes it seemed to matter, sometimes not.

But overall I enjoyed this a lot. It's original and touches on some important (and unfortunately, all too common) issues. Great job!

Heartbreaking story and we are only told in tough little bits.  I can tell this game was handled with care and with intent to be hopeful to a very tragic event.  I definitely fell behind on the reading because I'd be looking for a sticker, then I'd have to wait until the text would stop moving to scroll back & actually read it.  Also the stickers seemed to be a bit unrelated to the text? or maybe we were supposed to match it after something was said?

Aside from gameplay confusion, the story was explored with art to match the overall tone, and music to match the changes in tone.

Swell & felt heavy-liftin' for a game jam.  Good work!

Great production value. Interesting interpretation of the theme. The writing was believable; as a story it did not grab me to be honest.

What I absolutely loved about this one was the mode of interaction - stickers!

I would love to see you experimenting with a game where the player is not responding to their character with stickers; but actually driving the narrative with their stickers. Not sure how it would work, but it got me fired up!

Thank you for your comment! :)

I agree with you, the gameplay should have been a bit more challenging and less literal. For the first few days we struggled to dwell on just one idea, and when we did we kind of stopped changing the global concept. It wasn't an easy theme! We were afraid to get lost in too many ideas

I think your last idea was our initial intention too! But it got lost in the jam's fever :(

Excellent interpretation of the theme,  enjoyed the art and the concept. The writing felt believable for what Ethan would have been able to understand.

I had some issues not always knowing what I was supposed to do. When Ethan said something in red we're supposed to put a sticker down, and sometimes when the therapist asks us a question we're supposed to put a sticker down, but not always.

Well done, and good job handling a tough subject.

Thank you for your comment! :)

Our writers were invested on the credibility and researched a lot on the subject

I, for the graphic art (the illustrations part) focused on a soothing ambiance and search for what a child psychiatrist would use to calm Ethan and lead him to trust in her place. Plus, the stickers made by Vorpaline are fun to play with, and it was an important key of our gameplay.

I'm glad all this seemed credible to you!

About difficulties of comprehension, we think it could be due to problems we had with dialogue integrations. Sorry about that :(

Thank you again ♥
