How in all ungodly hell did this shitty game beat the likes of celeste 3d? This game already existed on fcking minecraft servers too. I know im late to this but still.

People knows Snake, it's a classic game and recreating a classic game in 3D will be more understandable for a lot of people, and that's okay! :)
I understand how you feel but to be honest the attention that have been given to Celeste 3D is much more than what I could have anticipated about it, for many reasons, and I'm just happy about it. People that played and liked Celeste 3D REALLY enjoyed it, and that's all that's matters to me :)

Some mind-fuckery could be achieved if you implemented the mechanic of some classic snake iterations, in which the walls 'teleport' you to the other side. seeing the tail of the snake in 3D could be truly terrifying.
This one seems obvious looking back, such a great idea. It's alredy a pretty fun game!
