Very nice game. I don't know if this was intentional, but although the movement speed is high, the acceleration seems to be a bit slow. This may make the game too hard for some or even a little frustrating.

Developer

I preferred a high movement speed for the player, thank you for the feedback. So sorry for ruining your experience of the game.

Oh noo please don't say that! We're all here to give each other feedback and grow together as a community. :)

Developer

ok, thank you :)

I think adding power ups that change things about how the base mechanics work would add a lot to what's already a solid base. Maybe consider continuing development?:)

Developer

I will see if I have enough time. Thank you for the suggestion.

The game is okay and the music and art are also good(I like that a background was added to the unity loading screen).

However, in my opinion, the text is way too big and/or disproportionate. As others have suggested, although the game is fun, you do need to work on refining the game a bit more.

I think its a solid effort. Good job!

EDIT: I browsed through some of your other games and it seems like the big uppercase text is kind of your thing. Is it a part of your identity/signature or something?

Oh, and I also recommend making the player control via the mouse if you prefer to keep the movement speed.

Nice suggestion and yes, for some reason I always use big uppercase, I kind of like it that way. Thank you for playing the game.

Nice game, I love the art style you went with! I think the player's speed is far too high though, made it quite hard to control.

ok, will keep that in mind. Thank you for playing the game.

Oh Jeez... A Chrismas game :)

I got a high score of 36 Candy, is that good?

Feedback:

The acceleration and deceleration make the controls tricky. I found myself misjudging where the candy was landing and over shooting my mark. I think if you add in falling hearts that replenish your health this will help, also give the player more room vertically to see what's falling. Maybe have candy sit on the ground for a few seconds if you miss it. Bombs could also explode when they hit you or the ground.

Maybe also a jump function and enemies (maybe Christmas Goblins) that run along the bottom of the screen and collect candy that you've missed.

These are just some ideas that came to mind while playing.

Nice game. :)

ok, will keep that in mind and nice high score :)
