Use of the limitation
We limited ourself to 4 enemy types. Each one with it's own distinct color. Sadly we werent able to deepen this limitation any further. Our game still uses secondary colors (grey, white, black). As we wanted these colors to not distract from the main colors.

The upgrade mechanic is very interesting, but results in absurd power growth that ironically makes it harder to upgrade other towers since you now have to sift through a bunch of numbers and operators. As much as I like how powerful you can become, it is a bit much by the end. Maybe having multiple levels that you progress through so you're not constantly overpowered?

Developer(+1)

That‘s a great idea. Having multiple „maximum“ powerlevels. In addition I should have maybe changed scaling to behave differently.
The amount of stuff laying around in the end is also a bit much.

Thanks for feedback. <3

A tutorial would be great; lots of potential for this game! The UI is a bit hard to navigate and the gameplay is confusing.

There should have been a sound, and a little bit tutorial too. But a good entry nonetheless

The game is hard to understand and has a few bugs, but it was the most interesting concept I have seen so far and its really fun to play.  I am putting this on my collection and would like to return to it if you decide to update it.

Bugs I saw:

-When I first opened the game, half of the top UI was missing and it made the game unplayable

-Multipliers don't reset when the game is restarted

-Some UI elements blocks the cursor so we can't pick anything up

-The middle box for calculations don't work (You can still get it's functionality from the left bar somehow?)

I couldn't understand it at first because I didn't see the whole UI haha it was pretty fun once I understood how to play :D I was craving laser sounds though lol

Developer(+1)

Yeah laser sounds would have been dope. Especially if you boost the attack speed.
UI wise. I always struggle with it. Sorry for that

It was hard to understand at first, the screen doesn't show you the entire information... BUT hahaha

Once I understand and had the tools, I broke it immediately... It was just too easy, and for the nature of the game, it's hard to balance... But it was fun!

Update HAHAHAH

Developer(+1)

Wtf man :D

Yeah I struggled with the gui a bit. Glad you had fun. Balancing was sadly last on the list. This is definetly a repeating topic. Just like the Ui.
Cheers <3

I ended up losing because of the lag Hahaha But It was really good!

Really fun tower defense game! Could use a tutorial but either way really well made! The towers can get really overpowered really early on though so I suggest you do some tweaking around that part.

Great game and looking forward to more!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it. The towers becoming overpowered was one of the biggest fun factor for me.
Yeah balancing was a neglected

I really like the idea , but I don't seem to be able to upgrade my towers because the stats box hides the last equation box (I can still drag and drop the stat into the box, but nothing happens when I click "calculate"). Might be a problem on my side or something I misunderstood?

Developer

I updated the calculate button.
And yeah UI is my arch enemy :D
