Didnt really get it at first but then it got kinda fun, good job.
Simple graphics with a fun concept.
making the player a little different shade then the level probably would help the player to know where they are at first although once you start moving I never lost sight of where I was. I was able to get to the green part on the bottom of the screen and made it up so it changed colours to dark green not sure if that was you win condition since nothing happened and I was stuck down there lol.
You copy pasted the wrong game jam into your desc though it says Jam 118 Game Jam in a virtual machine. Other then that stuff good job on your game
the light green is the top and dark green is the rest. If you reach the light green, all the sides get turned to light green . If it doesnt, its a bug that only happens on the web build
also, i noticed that i wrote 118 instead of 128, edited the description, but instead of changing it to 128, i changed it from 118 to 118
nice they all changed light green unless I changed the diction. lol on the 118 to 118 stupid 2 key being to close to the 1 key
A little confusing at first but nice concept, could use a little sound and/or music but other than that good subbmission
....which way is up? You got me all turned around. Fun little game after I finally got the hang of what was going on.
This was quite clever! I kept trying to get the box in the physically top-most row until I realized that "up" changes. Got it to move to the "up" location and won. Great game!
I really liked the concept, I wish that there was just some progression!
I didn't enjoy the game itself because I couldn't feel that I was winning or losing at any point, there was no progression, it was more like an interactive art piece than a game for me. Now who's to tell you that an interactive art piece is not a game? Not me :D
Also I feel like your game is a very nice twist on the limitation!
By the way, was it intentional that the appearance of the controlled character matches the surroundings?
It took me about a minute to understand what exactly was happening. It´s a little hard to see the character, since it blends in very well with the background. I still managed to puzzle my way through and reach the top. Nice game!
